Bought a chicken Caesar and posh cheddar baguette for the first time from this pret recently. I always go to pret because I know it's fail safe and always tastes the same. I know what to expect. The service from the ladies at the till was friendly however the food did not taste the same as the usual pret sandwiches. The quality here is suspect and I just did not have the same satisfaction as usual. One of the sandwiches also had a stale taste. Really strange.. Will not be buying from this branch again.

Almost a tenner for a roll and a coffee. If you sit outside you can soak up the atmosphere: the stench of urine and weed, street drinkers staggering around and sometimes even smoking crack, angry car drivers on the main road sounding their horns and pumping out loud music. It's unfortunate they don't have hooks to hang your bag on at the outside tables as you wouldn't want to put it down due to the completely filthy pavement.
I'd spend my tenner getting a train away from here, although probably don't need to as I daily see people shoving through the train station barriers unchallenged and unreported.

Absolute joke of a Pret. The guy who I believe is the manager is very arrogant and makes the worst coffees. Anytime I go there , I swear my coffee is tasteless. No milk and Mocha tastes like tea.
Another new starter older lady does the best coffee there..She takes her time but coffee comes out better by a mile.
Change management asap.
That chap has no clue of CS.My friend stopped his subscription because of him as he was rude .
I try avoid him.Trust me he knows himself or his staff know who I'm referring to.Shame no other Pret in the area. But the area is very rugged as so this Pret is!
