3 September 2025 at roughly 5pm today I see the store manager handle pastries from the Bakery with his Bearhands no gloves on what was shocking this was a manger should no better it's all on cctv black manger blue shirt headphones on he needs to be sacked ASAP decusting what he done him handling food from Bakery with no gloves on. He dident care customer see him like he's done this a number of times one even dropped on floor he did put that one in the bin but the rest he handle with his hands are for sale and still on shelf for customers ?

Done a whole remodel to add more tills only to only ever open 4 tills at a time. Expect to loose 15 minutes of your day EVERY time you shop here in a queue to pay

used to be a great little supermarket until the manager decideed to take away the baskets now its chaos. simply not the space for everyone to wheel a trolly. also particually cruel to people with back problems like myself. now i had to bend down every time i put or take something out of the ridiculous ground level trolly

I always go shopping at this shop and the Costumer services in the morning is disgusting and disrespectful, there is a black lady in the mornings who treat all the costumers very bad , I was waiting in the queue and I can hear her talking whit an old man who was asking her a question about his Lidl plus app and she was not helping him at all and talking in very rude way back, the old man had to leave because it was ridiculous the way she was treating him.
This people are a joke, even the manager.
Definitely I?m not going back to both of the lidl at Finsbury Park , I don?t recommend it at all.

The staff here are incredibly rude and lack basic manners. Customer service should involve respect and patience, but unfortunately, that?s not what you get here. Very disappointing experience?won?t be coming back!

I usually shop here but I have decided not to anymore. The staff is incredibly disrespectful and rude.They treat people like animals Today, while I was waiting in line at the cash register, they called me to pay with a card, and the security guard came and touched me hard with his hand, saying that the lady in the back was in line.I said the lady is waiting for cash payment, so go ahead.Normally, as someone who treats people with respect, I would never weld in line.I didn't like it when security touched me so roughly.It is never, ever acceptable, you cannot treat people who come there as animals because it is a cheap market.I'll never come by again.Learn how to treat customers, people beyond customers, or hire staff who do.I'm thinking of writing this to the headquarters.

I want to compliment the staff at this store for being the best! I have a little service dog and every time I've been to this store, the staff have been so amazing. I struggle with mental health and having big smiles, politeness and just letting me get on with my shop in peace is worth GOLD to me. The customers are really nice too and it's because the shop and staff are just the best. Keep up the good work! Thank you millions.
