I went to this branch in Finsbury Park and I needed to put cash into my account and my card was blocked from an online transaction, Kojo Antwi has been very helpful and sorted out quickly the problem.Good experience overall.

The bank that doesn?t care!They close 15mins earlier than advertised on an opening time that already sees you having to leave work early or you?ll never be able to go to the bank. The employees inside saw me at the door and actively looked away until I started knocking to which they would just wave their hands, brushing me away!Really disappointing behaviours from the staff here. I?m considering banking elsewhere from now on, especially as I was worryingly stood outside with a large cheque I needed to cash in.Very disappointed with this branch!

Wonderful service, I went there to make an international payment and the banker Mr. Antwi did everything for me, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the transaction, maintaining confidentiality, he made the transfer quickly, he never struggled with the foreign language wording and the payment was successfully received on time. Excellent.

Cycled to here, my 'nearest' branch after angel closure, to pay in cheques. Used the machine but P Patel sent the whole lot back in the post because one had the amount written in the payee line (by my 85 year old Mum)((it was corrected and initialled)) and one "name differed" (It had my name 'Chris' rather than C.D.). I worked in banking for 15 years, I know this was just laziness.Rankly incompetent.Moving to Halifax, at least they have a branch in Angel and staff who look up when you come in.

I don?t normally post negative reviews but this is really the worse banking experience I had in the UK. I have read the reviews before going to this branch and was expecting professionalism and polite staff but the women in this branch is rude and not helpful. I went to the bank to deposit money and a women named ?Latifa? told me to go to the post office instead without offering any other help and another women staff rudely commented if I am in ?such a hurry?, I should just go to the post office off-handedly (when I have not been talking to her). but just 5 mins of waiting and the cash withdrawal machine was suddenly fixed by them. If they hate their job that much, they should change their workplace rather than placing their dissatisfaction on customers.
