I was recently served by a staff member called Jalal, a very satisfied encounter. I was immediately met with more than one option thanks to his expertise and his kind gestures such as beverages and even offering me multples choices of pillows when trying different beds. Much appreciated. Keep it up.

Uncomfortable experience. Was put on a sleeping machine which recommended 2 of the most expensive mattresses, and then left alone with no assistance. The old guy raised his eyebrows when I said that my budget was £700, he gave no recommendation whatsoever. He wasn?t friendly or helpful. Overall, I felt like Julia Robert?s shopping for clothes in pretty woman - disrespected and looked down at. Oh well.
Young chap was nice, it?s just the old guy that made me feel weird. Mattresses felt nice but overpriced.

I forgot to submit the feedback form at the store so leaving my review here instead. All the staffs were very helpful. Sleepmatch machine was useful to suggest a starting list of mattresses.
Jalal helped me find the right mattress, suggested the accessories and offers, he ensured I get the mattress delivery in my tight timeline.

Dreams store in Haringey, great service Jalal, went through the variety of beds available for my 80 year old mum she suffers with knee and back problems, he was very patient and he spent a long time with us, we left the shop a hour after the shop closing. Really appreciate his help, the bed we wanted has a very long delivery time but he found us a Sealy beds and mattress and could be delivered in 2 weeks. My mum was very happy with his service too. Thanks again.

Friendly helpful staff who let you try out mattresses yourself comfortably and ask if help is needed without being too pushy. The matress I needed was not in store, but they looked up the closest store to me.

After 2 months of waiting for a new bed , Had my delivery cancelled just because/as I wanted to rectify two letters on the postcode for the delivery address , computer service absolutely useless , so disappointed.

I bought a bed and mattress from Dreams in Haringay, which I'm really happy with. I was served by Rashaan and Paula who were extremely helpful and helped me find the exact things I was looking for. They were very friendly, helpful, clear and efficient.

I experienced sleepmate for the first time. What a wondrrful experience!I was offered drinks which was very thoughtful and kind.
