I was recently served by a staff member called Jalal, a very satisfied encounter. I was immediately met with more than one option thanks to his expertise and his kind gestures such as beverages and even offering me multples choices of pillows when trying different beds. Uncomfortable experience. Was put on a sleeping machine which recommended 2 of the most expensive mattresses, and then left alone with no assistance.
