A few minutes of waiting for coffee left me completely drenched in sweat! You have very good and professional employees, but your attitude towards employees is disappointing, these are slave conditions when an employee has to sweat all day! I sincerely wish you to listen to me and fix the mistake with your air conditioner, otherwise I will have to complain to have your establishment checked for further existence.

A good stop point if you need your caffeine or a rest. It?s very easy to find and the service is quick. They also have charging ports on the high chair hair area by the windows. Both inside and outside have many seating area and you can smell the lovely coffee beans. The store is clean and organized however we did find a broken stool when we wanted to sit by the window but changed our minds to sit outside.

This is the Best Costa Coffee in London.
Friendly staff, Kasper is really a good manager.
Cappuccino is perfect ( I?m Italian)
All clean , beautiful music and atmosphere. Toilet perfectly clean easy for the person with the disability .
Parking free for two hours.

A busy outlet in a prominent position at the entrance to the Arena Shopping Centre. Efficient service, quite small inside but many more tables outside.

This store has Absolutely GREAT staff. Klara in particular is so efficient and customer focused . Herself and her colleagues have given me Amazing service for aver a year and I have never got round to leave a review. Even under some very challenging circumstances Klara and Kasper have remained professional and focused on the customers. Thank you to Costa coffee harringay Arena for employing 1st class staff.

Woman of short stature there incredibly rude, she could cause a verbal retaliation that she would not want to see through.So not smart or professional at all. She?s probably been there a long time so she?s comfy and has next level audacity. But that stuff won?t take her anywhere nice in future so yeah good luck with all that.Another dude was taking my order, in middle of taking my order, he lets another man (type that thinks he has authority) interrupt my order toGet whatever he wanted. Again, disrespectful treatment towards a customer, and I?m sure that customer wouldn?t like it too but hey, I now save money from many lattes, they lose a customer from buying many more and drops a 1 star review. Do they care?Probably not, do I? Me neither, got it out my system and this review of them will stay here permanently and won?t visit again so enough for me.

£4.3 for an oat flat white at a dirty place like this is ridiculous. Charging +£0.45 for oat milk when it's free at Starbucks and many other places...
