Two annoying things about this Tesco. (1) The trolleys are in very poor condition. The wheels bump, are noisy or lock. You have to try several trolleys before finding a workable one. (2) There was a pigeon inside the store for at least half an hour when I last visited and the staff were completely indifferent.

Carelessness of store employees and selling expired products. Please be careful when shopping because no one cares about you in this store.
They pass by you and your life indifferently and don't care about your life and your family.
At the branch Ballards Ln, London N3 1XP No one cares about the expiration date of products.
There is no one to apologize to. ??

Grateful to live nearby. It has a bakery with krispy cream donut selections which is nice. I?m thankful for the bakery, but unfortunately, unless you get there between 6-7 am, there?ll be barely any fresh pastries available and they won?t be cooked again for a few hours. Same goes for meal deals as they are all gone by around 7:15 am which is a daily occurrence - makes you wonder why they haven?t updated their stock requirements. Other than that, for daily shopping needs, it?s fantastic

Dear Tesco Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a concern about the ongoing issues in the car park at your store.
During my recent visits, I?ve witnessed several drivers going the wrong way through the one-way system, creating dangerous situations for pedestrians and other vehicles. This lack of enforcement is particularly worrying when you have young children or a newborn with you, as I do.
Additionally, I?ve noticed that child and parent parking spaces are frequently used by people without children. This is incredibly frustrating when I have a newborn and genuinely need the extra space to safely get the car seat in and out.
I would appreciate it if you could look into improving the monitoring and management of your car park to ensure a safer and fairer experience for families and all customers. You have signage but would suggest a more regular enforcement would make a big difference.

I have gone to this store on last Friday after 9pm, I wanted to buy Hamza Parata but there was none on the shelves.
I have checked the Tesco app & it shows 45 available in the store, I found a colleague name is DARSHAN, I requested him for the Parata but he refused, he even didn?t gave me an option as I was happy to wait. Very disappointed as I came from far.
I?m a regular Tesco customer, I request to the management please focus on this matter.

Lately, Tesco's products are very bad. Last week, we had to throw away the whole bag of onions as they were rotten inside, but on the outside you couldn't tell, and today I was about to cook the aubergines we bought only a few days ago and again, on the outside it looked great but inside it was rotten (Viz photo). This completely spoiled our lunch plans. I think from next time, I'll do my shopping elsewhere.

I?ve had repeated bad experiences at Tesco North Finchley, and it?s incredibly frustrating. The staff don?t seem to care about customer service, and I feel ignored every time I go there. It?s disappointing because this is the closest Tesco to me, so I don?t have many other choices. The attitude from the staff makes it seem like they don?t respect customers, even though we are the ones spending money there. I wouldn?t go to this branch if I had another option. Tesco needs to improve the service at this location because right now, it?s unacceptable and so waste of time ?.

Good range of items, with strong ethnic/cultural food selection.
Centrally located with good opening times (check online for current opening times)

Not surprised at the amount of negative reviews of this store. My elderly wife had an issue with her club card today, she found the staff very rude and impatient. We won?t be returning.
