Rude sales associate confronted my friend and I for? laughing at lube flavours (disclosed below). We are just young girls who are looking for a laugh. Her passive tone was surprising as we weren?t disturbing anyone, and there were only one other customer in the store. You?ve lost two customers forever as this confrontation has genuinely distressed me. Thanks a lot.

Unbelievably poor experience. I was harmed by a hazard in store and the staff couldn?t care less about helping me and were only focused on cleaning up a small mess! Terrible!

I attended this store this morning one of the staff spoke to me in a rude manor about the perfumes she is asian lady I was so offended by this as I didn't even finish buying all my toiletries.I have been coming into this store for over 20 years I don't think I will be returning
