Day 1 of delivery. I was in all day and later got an email saying they had a problem delivering- nothing was posted through the letter box.Day 2 of same delivery. Late morning got an email when at Dr?s appointment saying parcel would be delivered between 11.08-3.08pm. An attempt was actually made at 10.30am and no re-attempt was made. Nothing was posted through the letter box to inform me.Called Royal Mail and made a complaint and requested a delivery after noon. Left it with guy who was looking into my complaint.Later the same day received an email saying my delivery is being kept at the depot for collection.Day 3, still have not got my package from Royal Mail Church End depot.Have lived in the area over 30 years and it was an excellent depot! That has now lost interest in its customers or customer care standards. So disappointing!!!

The guy at the delivery office the A middle-aged person might be Arabic. He is incredibly helpful and very descriptive. I am very pleased to have received service from her. He is an example for Royal Mail.

1 star is generous. The post man stole my package very tactically and when I went to try and sort it out at this delivery office as it?s where he works I got laughed at by the manager Shoaib Aboo and the driver who I couldn?t get the name of but he started raising his voice at me while I was there crying my eyes out as I am at a great loss. I have reported them to the police and it will be taken further but please be careful when sending and receiving items of value.What happened:At 11:57am the doorbell rang and I answered it was the Royal Mail delivery man, he handed me a small brown rectangular box big enough to fit a jar of pasta sauce took a picture of my legs and immediately left. I then received an email at 6pm that day saying my item has been delivered which I then panicked as it hadn?t been. I called up Royal Mail straight away and they said it was probably a mistake it?s probably in his van still he will deliver it on Thursday. So Thursday came a long and I called up Royal Mail again to get an update and the lady said they spoke to the driver he said he delivered it. So I went to the sorting office where I met Mr Aboo and his driver who were extremely rude to me. He said he saw the dpd driver (who didn?t ring the bell just left things on the step and they weren?t of value) so this made me realise what he did, he saw it was an insured package he saw that it was special delivery he felt it was a heavy box and seized the opportunity he picked up a box that was left on my step rang the bell handed me that box held his black hat (which he was wearing as well today when I went to the office) just above the camera part to make it seem as though he was delivering the correct package (I didn?t know what the box I was meant to receive looked like he does tho as he told me and tried to gaslight me into saying he handed me a big black heavy box) but really he handed me the brown box left and put an ?X? on the signature so forged it which is another offence to add to the other 3 as if you are reading this Sir it is very illegal to open post with someone else?s address and name on it which I?m sure you know already, and if it is sold on I will be notified as be have the serial numbers.If you wish to return my item I will close all the cases I have opened against you both and not mention anything. You know where I live.i hope you know you have truly stolen my bread and butter and my livelihood that I saved so long for you will feel the karma as what comes around goes around.

Had a tall lanky grey beard prick steal my parcel forge my signature and take a photo of a completely different parcel then I turned up to this place for him to just laugh at me and say he never stole it wasn't given a name or anything apart from the manager name shoaib aboo all staff were very unhelpful and need firing

Do not send anything of value, will get stolen. Sent an iPhone via recorded delivery. Showed that it reached this office and then disappeared, never reaching its destination nearby. Insurance company concluded it had been stolen.

Really bad branch in terms opening hours. Additionally, Royal Mail only try to deliver your parcel once and if no answer, they leave you a pick up card. And due to the opening hours this week, I need to wait at least 5 days to pick up my parcel when I urgently need it! Not pleased at all.

It is now 11 o'clock morning and they are closed. This is disgusting. What is happening in London? Nothing is right in government companies. I live right above the post office. Why is it closed an hour earlier?

Was waiting for a package for 3-4 months and they couldn't even be asked to deliver a collection note nor be bothered to ring the door bell when they shoved other types of trash through my letter box so now it has been returned
