If it were possible, I'd give this post office a minus 10! My parcel was delivered by the courier. I went to pick it up and the man said it wasn't there. I contacted the courier and they reaffirmed that it was handed to a Mr Deep. I called them a million times but no answer.When I finally got through. The man who answered was exceptionally rude. He said "I cannot check for you over the phone, come in to the post office in person". I explained to him that I'm working every day and couldn't swing by. He finally agreed to check, but then hung up on me!I won't be choosing this collection point ever again.

Rude, ville, condensing staff who shouldn?t be working in this job role.There are always queues outside the door because for some reason posting one parcel takes forever.They also won?t accept boxes for Royal Mail, I was told to find somewhere else to go.

Generally I like to support local businesses but this place is the exception, the service is incredibly poor; slow, inefficient and rude. I just don't understand why it takes 20 minutes to process a couple of parcels and the staff seem like they couldn't care less. Avoid if you possibly can.

Awful. Ridiculous waiting times. 2 members of staff but only one on the counter. Up to 40 minutes in a queue.

I can confirm what the other reviewer said about Evri drop-off here. They're listed as an Evri drop-off point on both the Royal Mail website and the Evri website, but they won't accept your parcel. Useless!

Listed as Evri drop off point, but they do not take Evri parcels because they "don't know how to do it!". Wasted time queuing

Unpleasant experience. I dared take a letter that was already stamped to this post office, the man gnarled at me that I should have posted it in the street. Actually I wanted proof of postage. Will avoid going here, this was a first and last.

Friendly local post office.Giving 3 stars today though as the opening hours on Google maps are incorrect: says it?s open till 5.30pm on Saturday but I?m here at 1.30pm and it?s closed and the timings on the door say it closed at 12.30pm.Very annoying as I urgently needed to post something today and won?t be able to now for several days due to the bank holiday.

Unfortunately most of the time only one till serving and another 2 till is close . In addition is that all of them working very slow and you should have to put ay least 15 minutes a side to serve.
