This kfc has gone downhill over the (30+) years, even more so in the last few months. Maybe new management. The staff are not helpful, usually insist on making you order from the machine and gas light you when you ask why you are receiving a kids sized drink for an adult meal. Furthermore, the majority of the most recent reviews are fake. Written by their own staff/friends (check the names of who they say are ?friendly staff? against the names of who has written previous reviews. Could be a coincidence - highly doubt it. This has been reported. They know their service has declined drastically, hence why they are now responding to these (fake) reviews. I?m sadly done with this kfc. North Finchley is better
