For heavy breakfast or lunch or evening meal I liked to pick cheese n onion baked & vegan sausage roll from Greggs. The only problem they?re not served warmed food, neither warmed coffee from machine ! Facing many times same issues & have to wait longer if you expect a hot baked. Based on that spoiled intention to visit there ?

Have lunch or breakfast few days a week at Finchley Central Greggs. The main USP of this shop is Simon. An absolute asset to the company. If there were more people like Simon, serving and making customers welcome. I may go more often. Never had any issues with any of the food. I have also seen the staff bring hot of the tray food to the pensioners seated. Respectfully not letting them wait. We'll done guys.

Came for lunch today. Contrary to another review, my companion thoroughly enjoyed her gingerbread latte, whilst I was happy devouring a Christmas baguette. Great service from Simon and co. We will be back soon.

Greggs always one of my favourite but today
i just give them -10 even not 1 strat
Customer service are so bad
There?s some lady working the are so rude and the are so bad for customers service

This review for is to express my disappointment for 2 things after my today's visit. 1. The Christmas menu is on - Gingerbread Latte. How can a multi Billion Company like Greg's get Gingerbread flavour wrong? You can't make it just by adding Ginger syrup in a Latte - please go and check the rest of the cafes for right taste - as they all have got it right - and you will solve this problem. While you are at it, please sack your existing recipe maker. 2. Greg's must establish a cleaning routine for their restaurant tables and floor - how do you expect your customers occupy tables that are not cleaned with there are flakes of bread and paper napkins strewn on the floor? Isn't this pretty basic? Cheese sandwich with salad and smiling counter sales - the only saving grace but again that is pretty basic.

I like the cheese and onion bake at Gregg's,
but wherever I go to get it, often is served cold.
What I don't understand why Greggs sell this food that should be hot, cold.

This place always gives me great customer service, especially from the younger ones. The older ones usually have a grumpy attitude and look like they hate working there, but the younger ones are adorable and wholesome and even remember you every time you come in.

I was greeted by staff who were creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. , handling everything with utmost professionalism. I will definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family, as the excellent service and the respectful behavior .
