The advice and help I got from Alistair was second to none. He was helpful, knowledgeable and was able to match me with the correct bed frame and mattress, and all with the bighest smile and wonderful manner. I couldn't be happier with his service. I did feel, however, that he could have used more help in the store. He was rushing from one customer to the next, all at the same time, and I felt for him. Although he was doing a Sterling job at catering for the many customers in store, doing all that alone must take it's tole on one person, not to mention the health and safety risks involved should something occur.
He managed it well and always with a smile, but I felt it wasn't fair to him to have to manage it alone.

Avoid buying an expensive hybrid mattress from Dreams. When bought 3 years ago, also took out the Cover Plan which covers 8yrs guarantee. Over time the springs stick into you and now cannot sleep. So called Investigation took place to then be told "nothing wrong and that under manufacturer's guidelines everything is in order, will revisit in 6 months if requested". Personally the plan is a con and a scam. The fault clearly comes under "mechanical fault" which one of the main points of the so called Plan.
Will be speaking to Trading Standards to kick them into shape. Really sad that this has come it as was happy with Dreams and my purchase until recently.
Update: Dreams will not accept a mattress that has no support in the middle as being unacceptable. You can even see with your naked eye the awful quality. Avoid Dreams like the plaque!
Update 14th October 2024:
Why cannot an insurance cover pay out when the picture attached proves how shockingly bad the mattress is after 3 years. 6 months of wasting time and poor sleep. This mattress is going to be delivered to your showroom and will make sure it goes all over social media. The two pictures with the hand indentation was a before and after of 12 hours and no change. #disgusting #livid
Update and outcome, had to threaten Dreams to get them to honour their warranty. Turns out all the mattresses for the electric frame are not designed to be put on that frame. Most dishonest cowboys out there. Go elsewhere!

He even swapped mattresses around to help me decide on a solid base board or spring slat. Definitively recommend choosing Finchley Dreams! Thank you ?
