The most horrendous pizza I have ever had the displeasure to open the box and face!
I made a mistake on the online order, and somehow requested no mozzarella!
On collection I opened the box and no cheese had been added, my bad, however it was smothered about 2inches deep in rich tomato sauce!
I asked if she could put some cheese on top for me as I couldn?t eat it like that, was more than willing to pay extra!
I was rudely told it?s your mistake not mine, it?s been cooked now! To which I again asked could you just please put cheese on now, very rudely refused! I said I can?t eat it, and she said so you don?t want it then are you handing it back to me?
Given as I had paid for it I said that I wasn?t handing it back and that I would rather hand it to someone on the street in need of food!
No empathy to my mistake, granted it was my fault but no customer service skills whatsoever, just pure rude!
I then ordered a cheesy garlic bread as an alternative given that I just blown my budget on an inedible pizza, that also came smothered in a tomato base, is there a cheese shortage!
Whatever happened to the customer is always right even when they are wrong which in my case initially I was!

I live in mill hill and there is a dominos there but for some reason i can only order for delivery in the Ballards Lane dominos, dominos ballards Lane is BY FAR the worst dominos out there ive tried other places and the ballards lane dominos should be shut down, barely any cheese or sauce if u select extra cheese or sauce its the same amount as a regular in other dominos without paying extra, ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL, they always forget the dips i pay extra for and me and my family usually spend at least 70-80£ and everything is just shocking in this place i will need to get tiktokers and youtubers soon to do reviews on this dominos and hopefully get the word out properly to people so they could avoid this place. I now order from pizza hut in ballards lane.

Avoid ordering from this Domino?s at all cost I saw a ethnic member of staff picking their nose, then placing toppings onto a customers pizza, and when I confronted him about this, I was told to leave the shop! Luckily, someone recorded the whole encounter and we have now passed their onto the Barnet Council food hygiene safety standards.

Great pizzas but terrible customer service.

This is the third time I order and something is wrong. This time, the pizza came without the toppings ordered and barely any cheese. The delivery driver rang the doorbell and started knocking really hard on the door without given me 10 seconds to come downstairs stairs (oh yeah some people live upstairs you know) and was walking off.
Absolutely terrible. To contact the shop? Only by calling.
Last time they said not to eat the pizza as they?d want it back before delivering the correct order. The driver got here and said I could keep the old pizza. 2h wait since ordered to be able to eat!
This is the last time I am ordering from Domino?s. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I am very disappointed.

The staffs if this pizza shop. So rude and not helpful. Been waiting for almost an hr. When i asked just ignore me. Face me off for ignoring me so so rude the woman. I just see in the monitored it ready. It was cold weather so much to wait. I can wait but just i can bear their rudeness. So this appointed.

Absolutely awful! Would give 0 stars if i could. Cheat you by putting hardly any cheese on the pizzas - see photos (this is not a one-off but has happened repeatedly), and then try to make excuses when you complain. Customer service is also awful! I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery from this branch. The apps pizza tracker showed pizza delivered as expected, but 15 minutes after this I had still not seen the food. Tried to call the branch and my call was only answered on the 6th attempt (2 of the attempts were answered but immediated hung up). Was told the driver had just left and the food would be with me in 5 minutes. Just over 10 minutes later the food arrived. I live about 5 minutes from the branch. The food was cold, and one of the items was missing. Will not be ordering from here again.

I order from there fairly regularly but tonight was big disappointment t, pizza was very doey and not cooked properly and the Korean chicken wasent cooked properly either was soggy and undercooked, had to bin them! Sad cause Domino?s is not cheap.

Wait time for pizza was 20mins and to stand in a small chubby hall was terrible.
About 2 people sitting and 2 people standing is the space.
Better to go at lunch time as service is great.
Evening is busy and thus service time given to you is reduced with long wait time for pizzas.
I thing I noticed is that the girls there do not wear gloves whilst putting toppings on pizzas and if uou are vegetarian, it is same hands used for meat and
on vegetables...

Don?t go hear they don?t know how to respect customers, first i called them i want pizza and they said we only accept cash i went and they said we only accept card, 1st thing stick to your words, after that don?t disrespect customer 2 employees discuss in their native language and disrespect me saying (bol to ese raha abhi mar dega) i hope u learn some manners how to speak kindly and respect customer.
