You know what you are getting in terms of food and drink at a Costa, but what you can't be sure of is the service and the staff. Fortunately both were exemplary when I visited this branch. Very friendly, polite and attentive staff, working hard to deal with a big queue.

Today 14/08 at 18:00, the man working behind the counter was amazing after I had a small accident outside and he let me use the toilet to change shirts. After changing he was helpful again when explaining the ice blended drinks menu, will definitely come back. Thank you. 10/10

Interesting experience.
Nice staff, plenty of seats, clean. Music hammering away in the background which may not be to everyone?s taste.
Coffee??ok. Far from the worst I?ve had but not particularly special.
A toasted ham and cheese sandwich was a revelation. Of the wrong kind. See the photo. Never ever experienced a toasted sandwich where one side had the consistency of concrete and the other side was barely warm bread. The reconstituted ham was transparent and the cheese was liquid and without taste. Took just the one bite and binned the rest. Dreadful. I?ve learnt my lesson and won?t be going again.
I would have brought it to the attention of the staff but it was busy, a long queue and I didn?t want to wait.

Comfortable place with plenty of tables and chairs and good toilets. Friendly and efficient staff.

It used to be a nice store, now long wait times as most of the staff busy having cigarette break after cigarette break. Some of the baristas are struggling to make it a good experience while the others just don?t seem to care about customers. I?m not sure that this mentality will help the shop. I feel sorry for those kids who are usually doing most of the shifts alone without the help of their colleagues. I don?t think the store manager cares as this is a reoccuring issue for a while now.

Been charged a bottled of water when I didn?t purchase one. Only realised when I left. Staff are busy talking to friends and amongst each other they don?t bother checking.
