Products on floor that presented a slip or trip hazard. A particular concern as this was not long after opening. 3 members of staff, but not a single one had any interest in serving on till or acknowledging any customers at all. At least 2 of them seemed absolutely full of cold, which may have had an impact, but doesn't excuse the fact that my purchases were handled quite aggressively and shoved across the counter at me. I wasn't given a receipt or even offered one, yet witnessed the staff member, who I believe may have been managing the store, throw it in the bin as I left the counter. At this point, I didn't wish to interact to request it as she clearly saw service as an inconvenience.Shame a zero star rating doesn't exist.

Shops lovely and clean now and alot more open and more welcoming there's actually space to move around with a pushchair it's a nice store to now shop in lovely and clean too they clearly take so much pride in there shop now. Well done team. There staff are really welcoming and friendly.

Great store, lovely staff. Always very clean and well presented and great range of products that the kids love. Can?t wait for my next visit. Was offered a loyalty card and was such an easy and quick process and was explained to me without any confusion. Well done Feltham!

I enjoy buying stationery and other items from the works every time i go in their i get greeted by the staff who are very friendly and very helpful they go out their way to help me they are very kind

I popped into the works in feltham a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with how much it?s changed with space and displays , I?ve also noticed the staffing have changed and clearly made a big difference to the store

I popped into my local store in feltham recently to the always smiling faces of the staff. they were able to help me with exactly what i wanted as always and excellent customer service. the store was fabulously tidy and i was served my collette.

Had got a water gun when the sun decided to show its face for some fun ; I was unable to get the bottle attachment off after first use . When I went back Tracey supported me and explored some options with me on what could be done ! Appreciate the high level of customer service and time she took to help me out ! Always pop in for gifts and treat for daughter always same level of customer service thanks Tracey and ladies for always being welcoming !
