Fantastic customer service. I didn't get his name, but the young white gentleman that helped me today was fantastic. The nose buds from my glasses had come out. He promptly took my glasses around the back and replaced the buds for free. Very polite and courteous. He's a credit to your organisation

The staff are lovely but I just got a call from Specsavers Feltham cancelling my daughter's appointment as apparently from this Sunday they will test children's eyes from Monday to Friday only. As a working parent, I find this ridiculous and inexcusably poor customer service. Since there is no other way I can express my disagreement, I would encourage all other parents to add a review here as well.

worst shop ever. ordered glasses that were unfit for purpose. went back 2 days after collecting them. was told they cannot take them back because their return policy is different then any other Specsavers in the UK....had to phone head office to get a refund. drove back again and they were busy talking about their nails rather than dealing with a shop full of customers. the manager Meera lied twice to me. I was a loyal customer for years but will definitely never go back. also, double check what they sell you because the prices do not add up! they tried charging me £50 more for nothing. absolute amateurs.

Worst experience of my life, poorly ran store especially by management, I?ve seen manager on her phone just sitting on desk doing nothing, then telling staff off for talking.Especially asked staff on collection and them telling me about their experience with store, very poor.Hope someone remove current manger for someone more competent.Very very disappointing experience.

Very professional in every way. Top notch service from people who are dedicated to providing excellent service. I expected to be there an hour or more but I was looked after, tested and fitted for new glasses in 15 minutes. My appointment was on a Saturday and it was extremely busy but everyone was being looked after by very helpful and friendly staff.

My husband John and myself went today to test our eyes, fantastic team, young and enthusiastic, loved specially Meera. Great place to look for professional and honest advise without being pushed to buy products you do not require. They Listen and suggest accordingly. Cannot fault at all. Great from the first telecom conversation to collecting items ordered. Well recommended ;)

Very bad experience, when my glasses arrived I could not see through them, despite assistant trying several times to adjust, I was then told I needed larger frames, a long wait for this to happen, then they were just the same in a lens I had not really liked, assistant tried again adjusting them, to no avail. She then informed she would try the best lenses, I did tell that was what I paid for, she explained that there were two types, another shorter wait as assistant said she would try and get them quickly , and they arrived in a week, not great but I need them to drive and desperate to get them fixed as going on holiday. So I tried for the mandatory week, and returned to get my sunglasses done, it is now a week later and I go away tomorrow to be informed they are still at the lab. So no going out in the sun for me. Very, very disappointed.

Very unprofessional store we walked in to a group of youngsters laughing and joking at the desk I had an appointment which i booked online having received a reminder letter then to be told I was not yet due a free eye test there was no interest shown at a future appointment so I ended up walking out visiting another opticians where I have just spent over £600 on my new glasses (Business lost by your staff)

On arriving at Feltham store I was immediately approached by a smiling friendly member of staff who welcomed me and asked how she could help me with my visit that day. It makes me feel valued as a customer and that the member of staff actually cared, not like some staff in shops who may ask the same but come across obviously uninterested and uncaring. Your member of staff set a very high standard of how to make someone feel valued and respected.I was there for an eye test and every time a different part of the process changed I was politely and professionally guided through and what was about to happen was explained to me. I needed new glasses, was given great advice and also never rushed and given time to make decisions at my own speed with which I felt comfortable. The exact same experience happened today with regards to the collection of my new glasses. Everything went smoothly and if everyone treated customers as your staff treated me there would be a lot more happier people in the world!
