“Managed to get an appointment for my puppy as he was unwell on the same day, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the vet knew what she was talking about and did everything in her power to help, but one of the shop floor sales assistants was amazing, my puppy was nervous and weed on the floor, so I asked her for some tissue to clean it and she got the mop and bucket and cleaned it up for me(which she didn't have too) so I am grateful for her and all the staff!”
