In the last 5/6 weeks I?ve ordered from here twice, I ordered a bbq base pizza with ham, very simple, and both times I?ve had to call in sick the next day at work, they must not keep the ham in a safe place or re heat it or something, 100% wasn?t anything else so they really need to fix up there food hygiene, that?s 5/5 on the front door must be a lie?.sick of getting food poisoning from the hell hole

Collected a simple margharita pizza. Better to buy a frozen pizza or Tescos kiddie selection. A Dryer out dough laden excuse for food. This was lacking life effort and any credibility. Papa John's is off the pizza list.

Ordered via Deliveroo, arrived stone cold. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza as I like the one Dominos do? and it was horrendous. The thinnest layer of cheese, overcooked, dry and the ?beef? tasted odd. The slices were rock hard too.
Thought we?d try them as we don?t usually as they?re quite expensive. Should have stuck to our local independent pizza place.

We ordered pizza without bacon as we don?t eat. They sent pizza with becon. When I called to Papa John, simple says sorry which is not acceptable. Poor service

Will not honour online deals. Will give you a smaller size pizza saying that they do not honour the online deal.

Ordered in the shop the staff were welcoming and friendly, the two large pizzas I ordered were made and ready very quickly and absolutely delicious.

If you buy a pizza in this particular store . 80 % percent of the ingredients will be expired in your pizza. I recommend never ever buy a pizza their .

I really enjoyed the pizza, and the deal meant I got more for my money. Lakshmi, who served my godson and I, was very helpful, friendly, and was able to advise us according to my godson's dietary requirements. Would absolutely order from here again, just based on the quality of service she gave us.
There is no dine in option here.
Vegetarian options: There were a number of vegetarian options on the menu. Vegan cheese options are available on the pizzas.
Dietary restrictions: Lakshmi was able to tell us about the ingredients and allergens clearly and effectively.
Kid-friendliness: Lakshmi was able to engage my godson, who is an 11 year old with learning difficulties and ADHD, and help him feel informed and comfortable ordering.

We are regular customer for nelson road Papa jones, we recieved the fantastic service, as they closed down, what a disater service from papa jones website took half hour to order simpla pizza, as no franchise deliver to our post code it was processed as a collection. no one rang after one and half hour when rang store manager said we processed collection and they couldnt deliver or do anything for us, when i explain the situation he said will cost £5-6, as a matter of principal we refuse to pay delivery charge, half hour later he called back saying they can do delivery £3-4, and refused to cancel order and refund. customer service bluntly said they cant contact store they cant do anything about. never again that much stress to order one simple pizza. so far we lost money and didnt get delivery either
