Food arrived 30 minutes late, cold and missing two sausages. Staff no help just blamed Uber. Don't use this cafe. Awfull.

Excellent food good portions sizes. This morning I requested a change of the order to remove 2 items and add some extra scrambled egg my breakfast arrived shortly afterwards just how I asked for it ,really quick delivery Iam very impressed how ther was no issue with the change of set menu .

Ordered a sausage sandwich and oreo milkshake for take away. The sausages are very bad quality. The skin on the sausages couldn't be chewed properly ( like trying to eat a rubber elastic band ). So I had to keep spitting it out. I don't know how something as simple as a sausage sandwich can so hard to eat. The Orea milkshake also wasn't mixed properly. It was basically milk with big chunks of Orea. I'm sure they have decent food here, but don't order what I ordered as you will be very disappointed.

Had the jacket patao big potion but potato had no taste not fresh didn't eat all of it, looks like it was made yesterday ? not sure if it go again as my friend recommended this place

My Grandson, had not eaten as he was attending the dentist.& we popped into The Mount Cafe, Feltham. Our order was taken promptly. When the food & drink arrived, it was piping hot and extremely tasty. There was so much of it, that I asked if we could take the remainder home. It was put into containers, no questions asked. No qualms about recommending the Cafe if you want to partake of quality food .

Always polite staff, very quick service in a nice clean environment ( even got a TV you can watch and provide newspapers) and every time I have been in there ( 100s) it has always been excellent food. I go in there because the menu is extent. First class restaurant

Poor. I came in this morning to get a coffee via the taste card app. I showed the server the app with theor shop and she looked at me as if I was stupid. I recommend removing yourself from tastecard. Poor

Me and my family come here a few
W times a month, and the food there is absolutely lovely and stomach filling. I would really recommend coming here for breakfast. And seeing the amount of food on one place makes the money we pay worth it

+ had the biggest breakfast, and compared to many other cafes, the portion sizes were very good and an enjoyable eat.
Friendly staff.
- the breakfast did'nt come with any drinks (nor bread n butter/toast) so by the time i added a coffee, the price was £14.70, which i found too expensive for a breakfast.

I ordered food through Uber Eats, and it was a terrible experience. The chicken was undercooked, the potatoes were raw, and the portion of rice was very small. It's ridiculous to charge £3.75 extra for such a tiny portion of rice! I expected much better quality and will not be ordering from here again.
