Trying to speak to not 1 but 2 members of staff about a meal as an enquiry coz I was seeing an issue with it and then also pointing out something on there order screens where it shows about the calorie count bit for the meal saying 1 thing that it doesn?t work out right compared to McDonald?s website which I tried to explain to 2 members of staff which I believe both to be managers, then explaining that I have ordered the same meal at another McDonald?s previously and I have got it different, so when Trying to explain to the staff that they need to update certain bits as one says one thing and something else (mc Donald?s staff) else says another, but it wasn?t what they were saying which annoyed me it was the way that they were saying it as they were just ignoring me with the way they were saying the bits back to me, didn?t see name badges so can?t give names and if they were wearing them it wasn't clear at all

Any orders made through delivery on the McDonald?s app always have at least one missing item

Standard McDonald's Nothing more or less to say, other than the fact that that it can get very busy at peak times and can wait a while for food.

This place is ok if you go there. But 100% of orders through delivery are missing at least one thing or sometimes more. They refuse to address this on the app but offer no other way to be reimbursed. The number on Google for the resturaunt is dead so they can avoid being challenged.
Its so bad it seems it cannot be a mistake. Maybe trying to save money by stealing from their customers. Terrible. Awful.

It's a Ronnie's.... Not going to blow your socks off, but will do if your hungry & happen to be in Feltham!.... Not very clean as well has to be said? Food on tables, seats & floors - why make staff clean the place??

Fast food? This franchise is a joke. Took 15 minutes for the food to arrive!! Staff were rude, they weren't really bothered.
Go to another Maccys this on is awful.

As a regular genuine customer I was fined for the parking. This place is a scam. I presented the receipt yet they charged me for it. Never going there.

I bought some fries and they did not give it to me so i went to talk to the staff and said that they cant give it to me. I got a secend order for some ice creams and also got limited addition pie . When i recieved it the packaging said apple pie when i said i wanted the limited addition one ,i thought that the outside did not matter so i opened it and it was a NORMAL APPLE PIE I SPECIALLY CHOSE THE LIMITED EDITION ONE . I talked to one of the staff again and that same mean lady said she cant do anything about that another staff talked and gave me my order i wanted . Overall review CHANGE YOUR STAFF!!!
