Sinthusan Melvin thaya Antonio raja all give outstanding service over and beyond excellent. We are proud to have a wonderful kfc shop at Hanworth , please put another one near Mac Donald . We appreciate all the staff at the Hanworth kfc they are best all the guys are friendly and professional and pleasant , hardworking, food is cooked well and taste wonderful. Honestly 10/10. We did a click and collect and it was so quick and the food was hot. The parking isn?t great, not sure how it works but we pulled up on the side for a few minutes when we went in to collect but the food is much better than the sunbury branch. Got the order correct and the food was prepared fresh. I think we got the order in around 5-7 minutes after arriving at the location. Can?t complain.

I just placed an order for collection at your store, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received.
First, the packaging was completely unacceptable ? everything was wrapped in paper with no proper boxing. It looked rushed and careless.
Second, none of the three meals I ordered included any condiments ? no ketchup, no mayo, nothing. This is basic and expected with every meal.
Most concerning was the quality of the fries. They were cold, stale, and clearly not fresh ? they tasted like they were from the previous day. We couldn?t even eat them.
This was not the standard I expect from KFC. I feel really let down and would appreciate if this issue is addressed and someone gets back to me about it.
