“I visted the Feltham store today and found the store to be very neat and tidy. One member of staff asked me if I was okay and she got me a basket to put all the things I was stuggling to hold in my hands which was very kind of her to do. I was also speaking to my Mum about an eyeshadow and a young member of staff tried to help us find what we were looking for. Also, when we were paying the cashier made sure we didn't miss out on an off on a beauty product we didn't know about. Thank you for the great customer service today, was very refreshing to experience as it is lacking in many other stores.”
