I always have a very good experience with Greggs, But today morning, I wasn?t a happy bunny with the quality of food. I had a Southern chicken Baguette as a meal with latte and potato?s wedges.
The customer service represented told me they don?t have wedges, but he can make it for me in four minutes. I was fine with that, but when he brought it to me It was all Burned..
First, I accepted it. Then I thought about it, and ask myself ?will he eat himself this?? Therefore, I went to the counter and ask him will you eat yourself this? He said it?s okay I can make another one. I repeated my question no just answer me. Will you eat yourself this?
He didn?t answer this time, so I left them on the counter - and said, I don?t need it anymore, thank you
There was no sorry from him until yet.
I was eating inside the shop he brought after two minutes, fresh wedges and said sorry we have to make again because you wasn?t happy. I accepted it and said it?s okay. But my question is why they offer me first place the burnt wedges..
Overall, I love Greggs and almost have every day My lunch from them.

This greggs used to feel like my second home. I love to spent time here. The staffs are vey kind and respectful. My favourite food here is sausage rolls. Whenever I see greggs in other places I remember this greggs specially their services, the way they treat people with kindness . Nothing but love??

Nothing was hot or even luke warm. 10 - 15 mins for anything hot. Very bad planning. When hot sausage rolls did come out two thirds went straight out for orders leaving very few for in shop customers. VERY bad planning / food management ;((
