Subject: Unfair Parking Charge ? Poor Service & Lack of Clear Signage
I?m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was charged £100 for allegedly overstaying in the parking area, despite the fact that I was a genuine customer?I used both the shop and Subway on-site during my stay.
The area I parked in had no clearly marked parking bays, and more importantly, no visible signage indicating parking restrictions or penalties. If signage does exist, it?s poorly placed and certainly not prominent or obvious to visitors.
This feels like nothing short of daylight robbery?charging genuine customers under unclear and unmarked terms. The service overall was overpriced and substandard, and this experience has left me deeply frustrated.
I would strongly discourage others from visiting this location unless the parking system is made transparent and fair

I visited BP station on Tuesday, 06.05.25 at 5:04. I was trying to buy some food after long shift. The shop itself was closed, only window to pay was open. I was RUDELY told that shop opens at 6:00. I had no problem with that and asked to show me what sandwiches in stock. The team member was not happy that he need to go all the way near entrance. He then pointed out to sandwiches from far, on my request to kindly show me closer he raised his voice and started to shout on me in front of other few customers. I felt so uncomfortable?
In my opinion this night worker can not work in hospitality with such disgusting attitude towards customers who brings revenue to this business which pays his salary.

The air machine , doesn?t work and they keep your money , don?t put your money on , dest work and they don?t refund , the employers don?t care neither ?

I just park because i was going to pick up my husband from airport and by the time i have received call from my work place and stay there almost 1 hour and after couple of days later received fine which is 60 pound :( be careful dont park in there

Avoid!!
The staff were fine but the business scams you if you actually stop for coffee and food like we did... ending up with a Parking Charge Notice through your post box a week later - NEVER visiting again!
and don't bother writting to BP customer services (like I did) as they don't own it and will only forward your email onto the real owner, who doesn't care a less and won't help at all (probably taking a cut of the PCN fee).
Avoid!!

I pulled into take a quick call, on route to picking my child up.. I parked way out of everyones way, only intending to be five minutes.. I had some very upsettig news and was in floods of tears.. not breathing very well.. and I stayed untill I had calmed down enough to safely drive. I sat in my car crying my eyes out on the phone .. must of been there an hour max.. a ticket was issued unbeknown to me for illegally parking!!
I've only discovered this as I have been ill, and have been in and out of hospital. This is on another level of ridiculousness. Blood Money sucking parasites. You already charge way over the top for petrol and diesel!!! Why don't you /company start looking after customers!! I will never get my petrol form BP ever again!!

Worst BP ever...!!! Dont go there! I always go to BP to get my tank full. But tonight at 2 am I went to this one and the night guy over there was very rude and he asked me to pay 1st before refueling! I didn't knew how much I need to pay in order to get my tank full. I told him I don't know how much I need he said he don't care I have to pay 1st. So I gave him £50 and my car isn't full. And worst part is he didn't asked to scan my BP card nor he gave me any receipt! I didn't get any rewards for my full tank. I request BP to look over this situation! It's my mistake I didn't check reviews before going there. Also my tank is still at quarter because I don't know how much it's gonna take. Worst experience ever

Tried to fill up air in tyres. Took a while as I had to learn how to use the machine. Machine said cash only. I got cash out. Spoke to the man at the counter to get change and he said if im here over half an hour i would get a ticket with no exceptions. So I had to rush off. It was at 10pm. Ridiculous.

Don't use this garage overnight. The guy at the counter is very rude, you have to pay before you take fuel and he hold up this pathetic little A4 bit of paper from the counter saying "Pay for fuel first" which you can't even read from the pumps. He treated me like some common criminal even though I was in uniform having come from work across the road for a certain international airline. One of the worst BP garages I have ever used.

I believe they increase the price higher since hey are near LHR. I gas up when returning my car rental and notice it?s 0.25 higher. So don?t go there
