Subject: Unfair Parking Charge – Poor Service & Lack of Clear Signage
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was charged £100 for allegedly overstaying in the parking area, despite the fact that I was a genuine customer—I used both the shop and Subway on-site during my stay.
I visited BP station on Tuesday, 06.05.25 at 5:04. I was trying to buy some food after long shift. The shop itself was closed, only window to pay was open. I was RUDELY told that shop opens at 6:00.
