Disgusting weak watery liquid claiming to be a Starbucks oat flat white but completely different from such drinks I've bought before. Still cost nearly £4. Don't even think about getting a coffee from the Starbucks kiosk to the immediate left of the main entrance.

the staff has no idea how to use the app nor help me with setting up a starbucks card. Whats worse, the staff pretended to have scan my app while in fact she did not. Were not able to confront her because they are closing soon and now my stars were lost.

I felt like I was in a college canteen. I visited today, 3 young lads working behind the counter, messing about, no professionalism. 1 female on shift not really getting involved in the messing about. Who left these to run the joint.

Service was slow, not a lot of costumers either. My mocha frappe was barely icy and pretty much melted by time It got in my hand. Coffee was only filled to halfway in the cup.

We went here after had our lunch that day. Had the delicious mocha frappe and cinnamon roll,dined in, stayed a bit longer and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Very poor...I ordered 2 drinks prior to going to Euston. One Americano and One skinny gingerbread latte with no cream. Sat down to drink them the latte came with cream. Returned to kiosk and pointed out the error. Staff proceeded to scrape the cream off the top of the coffee and return it to me. No offer of a replacement drink as they had got my order wrong. No question regarding potential allergy to cream. Service very poor.

You'd only come here if stuck waiting at the station. The tables weren't cleared and the floor unswept which then attracted pigeons. Despite an impressive display of china plates and cups everything was single use paper cups and bags, even for eat in.

Brilliant service ? My train was in 7 min and I needed a coffee beforehand as I was only having 3 hours of sleep ? The team this morning was running really nicely and I also had time to catch my train. Well done

Used to come here often and the staff was never particularly friendly, but it has gotten worse. Was made to feel like coming and ordering a coffee was an inconvenience as the staff clearly had some important gossip to discuss. My drink wasn't made properly either.

I was in rehearsals, at New Diaroma, I love the white hot chocolate that Starbucks do, so this was a treat for me. The shop was quite, not many customer, but it was clean ond Covid safe.

Very good staff doing great job under trying circumstances. Ordered from a nice South African woman who was very polite and friendly even during rush hour
