Not welcome place! Stopped at 4pm for just a cup of tea and the cashier already warned that it would close at 5pm! ? Also they don't have napkins ... 4:15pm they started put strong cleaning products on the floor to kick clients out! I was with my baby. Any consideration for customer!

I've called in to this branch twice, hoping it's better than the one at Euston station, but to be honest, it's no better. On both occasions, I've had to ask for my Mocha to be topped up as it weighted that of a cappuccino. At over £4 it would be nice to have a cup of coffee and not froth. The lacklustre attitude of the staff I see as another nail in the office of what was once a proud high St brand. If the staff can't make a coffee the right way, then what's the point in offering it. £7 for a basic egg sandwich (with the bread feeling stale to the touch) and coffee, and that was take out. Continue increasing prices and providing poor service to lose the loyalty of your customers and high St.

Everytime I make the mistake of going pret with hopes it will be different but always disappointed.
Food - charges more money than other places and it is below average
Ice coolers - they give it from a packaged tetra pack and charged £4!!!! Made me feel stupid of going there thinking it will have atleast some fresh ingredient?

I was served by incompetent male assistant today. I requested a filtered coffee but the assistant did not understand my request. I repeated my order four times but I was not understood! Eventually the male assistant had ask his colleague to translate my order.I was served a luke warm, bitter coffee that tasted absolutely revolting ? I was so disappointed with my experience in this Pret. In addition, there was no soap in the dispenser in the womens loo ??

Yet again I have come to the Pret to order a decaff and have been told the machine is broken. Mysteriously the machine always seems to break when it's coming to closing time. The ironic thing is that I was in the same pret a couple of hours ago and did indeed get a decaff coffee. I dare say the same will happen tomorrow. When I told the barrista that this is a common occurrence and I would appreciate it more if they had just admitted they had closed it early in order to prepare for a close and would be more compassionate as we all know the stresses of closing a venue, he had said that sometime the machine works and sometimes it doesn't and that broken may have not been the correct term. Please investigate as I use this branch frequently and this seems to happen 4 or 5 times a week

Some of the staff are extremely rude, who make the customer experience unforgettable in a negative way. The are patronising treat customers like children. I only go here as it's close to my office, if I had another choice I definitely wouldn't go here. Coffee is really hit and miss. I feel sorry for the nice staff who work here and have to put up with their rude colleagues. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Had an awful experience here. Since they changed the management the shop is dirty, messy, people there can't obviously do their job. A guy called Bob is very rude to customers and slow and incomprehensible in his assistance. Do not go to this Pret!!!

So it's 9.30 am... I picked up a baguette and ordered a filter coffee. The young lady politely informed me rhat they had run out of filter coffee. Shocking! Don't they re stock overnight.. Pret!?!? I was offered an Americano instead. OK, that's fine I thought, collected my items and proceeded outside to enjoy my purchase. The moment I brought the coffee cup closed to my lips I picked an awful smell... I describe as smelling rancid. Took of the lid then it really hit me... the smell from the steam coffee was awful.. It would either knock you out or bring you to your senses immediately. I seriously wondered if this was just a bad batch. I offered it to a member of staff to smell.. Her response was it's normal. Wow. Maybe she was right it is normal. Afterall nobody else seemed to be raising a 'stink'. I probably have to see my GP soon and have myself checked out, perhaps even walk in to my GP and offer him a cuppa for his opinion.On a more serious note, I didn't like it at all, I replaced my coffee with a bottle of water, no refund offered. Staff unhelpful other then, yeah go ahead just take a small bottle of water. What is the price difference? I did not enjoy my experience this morning.Have you had a sniff of your Americano from Prets?Ps my posh cheese n pickle baguette was below average for the price I paid.
