I popped in for a quick foundation match today and I just wanted to highlight how lovely the staff are.
Jannah at the Fenty counter was an absolute gem- a very vibrant individual and her makeup game was on point.! She took one look at me and instantly knew which foundation was my shade. Her makeup was serving looks and I would defo trust this lady to do makeup for my wedding lol.

I came here for an appointment today and Sanwar was very friendly and professional and had a lot of patience during the appointment. He was very attentive and helpful with all of the information he gave beforehand and after the appointment too. I felt very reassured throughout the appointment and appreciate his kindness.

They removed my previous review, today in this boots there was:
- Puke all over the paying counter, and multiple spots on the floor. No warning signs anywhere.
- Mislabeling on the product prices. Went to pay for an item labeled with 7£. The actual price was 17£. They must have cut off the one to save some paper.

It?s so nice how the warm breeze of Urine flows from the horrid station toilets next door. The urine soaked air just flows around every corner of this part of the station. It?s wonderful. 3 stars!
Update. The public toilets (station toilets) outside this boots absolutely stink of urine. And the smell just flows down into the station and shop. I would hate to work here breathing this in all day

I want to commend the fact that 99% of your staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. However, I had a disappointing experience with one team member, Thaslima, who was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, her approach negatively impacts the overall customer experience. Given her lack of product knowledge, she may be better suited to a role that does not involve direct customer interaction. THASLIMA is not good for your store!!!!!

Went looking for some period cramp tablets or something to help with stomach cramps. First went to Boots Golders Green and they said there?s nothing other than paracetamols or ibuprofen. Came to the Boots here at Kings Cross St Pancras and the pharmacist showed me 2 different things that should help. The guy who is the pharmacist is always helpful - I?ve seen him before and asked for advice and he?s always shown what will help.

Extremely helpful gentleman at the pharmacy desk on Saturday evening when I needed emergency medication due to all trains cancelled at Kings across due to a person hit by a train at Stevenage. I didn?t get his name but nothing was too much trouble and he worked hard to ensure I got the necessary medication before he finished at 10pm. He was a lot more helpful than the lady at the King?s Cross branch. Thank you very much kind sir ?

It kind of reminds me of a store in japan where they have everything from prepared foods to make up, etc. I heard that Boots had a lot of make up and was disappointed that they didn't have what I expected. It's fine though. It was a good experience.

Most unhelpful staff I?ve ever come across. No one is willing to help you everyone passes you off to the next person and sends you to the health desk which is Jam Pack because there is only one assistant and they aren?t doing much of anything at speed which is exactly what you need you are travelling and have trains to catch.
