I have had the best service from Wellingtons in Erith. I needed advice on a new tumble dryer and both Paul and Chris were so super helpful and gave me the help I needed. Chris helped me by showing machines that fitted my needs and went through measurements, functions and reliability which was really useful. Paul even printed the specifications so I could check at home. The new machine arrives at the weekend. Both Paul and Chris are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are amazing ambassadors for the company. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Triple A Star Company that gives the personal touch where no question is too small and customers feel welcome and important.

Amazing service from Wellingtons, especially Dawn and Ian. I was trying to find a particular Neff dishwasher and they were able to obtain it and deliver & install it very quickly, even though I was slightly out of their usual catchment. It was a level of customer service that you rarely see these days.

Brilliant Service. I ordered my Beko freezer on line. I also rang & spoke to a gentleman to check they could obtain the model that l wanted quickly, as l was having difficulty in sourcing one. He immediately put my mind at rest & said l would receive it within a week. They kept in touch via the phone & yesterday my freezer was delivered & quickly installed by 2 friendly delivery men, despite having to carry it downstairs & out to our shed. Everyone l spoke to, at the store, were friendly, helpful & informative. Next time l require anything, Wellingtons will be my first stop!

The staff in this store are fantastic. We brought a washing machine from them and it stopped working. They came immediately and fixed the problem. It happened again and they came out a few days later but was unable to help to arranged for the manufacturer to send one of their guys out. From the beginning to the end they were all very polite and helpful. 100% satisfied and will be returning when we need new appliances. Very pleased with the service. Never had this great service from a shop like this before. Most certainly wouldn't have got that from major retailers for sure!!
