Rude bullies ?. Yesterday I was loading some office furniture at East Sheen, your representatives in vehicle LX68OCH, double parked in front of a loading bay in which I was parked to load the furniture - this took me 5 minutes. They saw me enter the vehicle but picked up a roll of carpet and walked away, my colleague who had helped me load asked them politely if they could move their vehicle so that we could leave the loading bay. They said it was not possible and walked away. After about 10 minutes they returned and collected another roll. I asked politely again if they would just pull forward of back a metre so that I could get the car out. Again they declined saying its is not possible, when I asked why not they said ?you should not have parked in the only loading bay.? They were extremely rude and left me parked in. As I was loading furniture to clear an office my use of the parking bay was completely legitimate and we were polite with your representatives.

Very unhappy with the quality of the carpet sold, bought what i thought was a 'hard wearing' carpet for my stairs. Photos show the wear after the carpet had been layed for just 3 months! To be fair they did send out someone to inspect the carpet who agreed (whilst at the house) that there was signs of advanced wear but then received a letter advising it was 'normal' wear and tear.Very poor quality.

Their carpets may be ok, but the van driver I followed this morning in van LV17 UXS, from Nantwich to Wrexham, certainly didn't exude qualityI stopped on red behind 2 cars at temporary lights and the driver overtook the stationary cars to go through on red.On a second set of temporary lights, they did the same, this time the light had changed with no cars stopped but they just ploughed through on red,

This morning at littlehampton you driver swerved into me to push me into the middle of the rd to stop me overtaking a car was coming the other way and I was nearly killed...if this is a representative of your company it leaves a lot to be desired and from some other comments other people have experienced similar
