Discriminated again. Have Support Dog. Big fuss made as if they were doing me a favour after three staff checked if I was even allowed in. Can't leave house without my dog. About time they trained their staff for disabled access. I'm not blind. I'm not in a wheelchair. I Am Still Disabled!!!! I should nt hv to explain every time I enter shops. Dog wears harness and its written boldly on his lead.TESCOS USE SAY YOU DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. YOU LIE!!!!! And for once I'm calling you out. In the past Iv had same treatment in bakers and NISA. Given that I have agoraphobia it isnt as if I have choice of where to shop. If you support disabled people use different facilities and tell them why! It's back to online Icelands for me. Thanks for kicking me when I'm already down.

I've used my clubcard but system had an error. therefore, all my discounts became an instant scam, not a saving.

Normally has well stocked shelves. A couple of the self service check out machines have been out of order on a couple of my visits which have made the wait to get out a tad longer. No car park.

This Tesco is a nightmare. It?s always busy with long queues at the checkouts. The self service machines are slow and double scan your products. The staff are rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful.

Typical Tesco express, like a smaller version of the big Tesco stores. Perfect to grab some bits that you may have forgotten

I've never met such a bunch of useless individuals as there are employed at this branch! All I wanted was 2 x £3 meal deals and 2 lots of 3 for £1-20 sweets. This equates to £8-40 to anyone with half a brain! Nope £17 I was told. I queried it and apparently the 2 fruit pots weren't included in the deal (even though they were proudly displayed with the meal deal items)! I changed the fruits and returned to the till. I was then asked for £14 ! "How can £6 and £2-40 come to £14," I asked?" The woman on the till then said, "I don't think those sandwiches are in the deal" I told her the meal deal flash was right in front of these sandwiches. I took her to the fridge and she agreed! We returned to the till and she still wanted £14. She called another member of staff who insisted the sandwiches I had seiected weren't in the deal. "I've just shown her the flash in the fridge and she agreed," I protested. I took this second woman to the fridge and showed her the meal deal flash! "Well, I put them out this morning and there was nowhere else to put them," this woman said! So I had to change the sandwiches for wraps (as did another woman at thd self checkout who fell for the same misleading con)! The joke is, it was Iwho apologised to the enormous queue that had gathered behind me! I left the store half an hour later, with nothing but the drinks that I selected and sandwiches and fruit that I didn't particularly want. However, the staff apologised to nobody and quite frankly, didn't give a toss for the 'slap shod' chaos that they had created. Message to Tesco Express - if you can't be bothered to do your job properly, then leave! There are plenty of people out there who would love to take your place!

As far as convenience stores go, this one is convenient only because it's close. The prices are criminal in most cases, and if you want an almost reasonable deal you need a clubcard. The security guard yesterday was very rude, ignoring my friend's 3 year old who said hello to him. I know it must be a dull job but to ignore people directly - not good.To make matters worse, there was a dude at the door asking for money. I'm sure everyone who went there got the same feeling of mixed guilt and shame for making that hard decision: do I give it to them? What will they spend it on? Not outside a Tesco on a busy high Street please.

Rubbish shop. The card only tills are full of errors. The staff couldn't help me after the till swallowed my money and then refused to print out my phone top up vouchers. I was told to a) come back next day and speak to manager b) contact my bank for a refund. Despicable service.
