Really helpful and professional staff, especially Hussein and Lola, I had my eyes examined and chose my frames all within an hour! I also got free extras like thin lense and light anti glare worth £60, they do have other offers too! I recommend this branch to anyone!

Overall the specsavers in Erith is good. Other than after I had my eyes tested I was told that overall my sight since my last eye test hadn't changed, if at all. Still I was advised to get new glasses. Don't get me wrong I no specksavers is a business. Please be more concise. Did I need new glasses or where you just trying to get money out of me.

I was having problems getting a workable prescription from another optician, with limited access to appointments. So I looked at SpecSavers online. I got an immediate local booking, had OCT and full exam and had what I think will be a good prescription all within 3 hours. Next day I went back and chose frames with no sales pressure, but with advice/info readily available if needed, and have been given a firm collection date. I?m an older customer and the ease/efficiency of the whole process, all clearly explained at each stage, was a real relief after getting stressed by problems elsewhere.

Great experience
The staff were very kind and helpful and the opticians were very honest about the health of my eyes and they offer great support for helping you with your vision as well as making you feel comfortable about yourself with what glasses you wear.
Definitely recommend Specsavers Erith to anyone who needs support with checking their vision or that needs new glasses or contacts.

Complete misunderstanding of the way glasses fit, just paid 500.00 neither glasses fit properly they don?t understand the ergonomics of the head, have to go every week to get them altered

Get a phone call to confirm my appointment, when I got there five people waiting got told running 40 minutes behind but also they will be going for lunch so probably going to be longer won?t be going back there

My personal experience every time that the staff are very friendly helpful and professional can't do enough for you at this store I just wish I didn't have to go up the the stairs for my eye tests as have trouble going up stairs.
