The guy on nights was annoyed there was people trying to pay at the night counter while he was trying to clean up shop. He looked at me and shook his head. I mean we can go somewhere else if he doesn't want customers. After he finished swiping my shell card and taking payment he threw the card as if he has had enough. Maybe he should find another job.

I normally prefer Shell to other fuel stations. But this place is an abomination. I came here to buy petrol. Saw an offer for Strongbow at £5 in the shop and so grabbed two packs of those.
At the till they were £7. I said they?re advertised for £5. They refused to acknowledge they made an error and mis-advertised and refused to sell at the advertised price. Spoke to Maran at the till. Not even an apology offered.
Called out the manager Vije who was even less helpful and outright rude. Again, no apology.

AVOID!! STEAL FROM PEOPLE!
This place is just a scam!!! The tyre pump machine has stolen my money twice. First time it was not working after payment. Second time after I put coins in it still did not pick up.
The attendance said he couldn?t help and that nothing can be done to give me my money back.
In addition, The staff was very rude and nonchalant. Please avoid here.

I usually refill my car with Shell V-Power Diesel at various locations without any issues. However, at Shell Erith, I've consistently encountered a problem where the pump keeps ejecting as if the tank is already full, even though it's not. I reported this issue to the operator, but I was dismissed and told it was my problem since no one else had complained. The suggestion was to fix my car, which seems unnecessary since I don't face this issue elsewhere or when using regular diesel. The fuel quality is the same as elsewhere, but the customer service here is lacking. Poor experience overall.
