I ordered a Big Mac which was prepared with 2 patties together with 2 pieces of bread slapped on top.
Absolutely disgusting and I have never seen anything like it.
If you can?t even hire staff that can assemble a simple Big Mac burger you have some serious issues.
Erith McDonalds is a disgrace.

Erith mcdonalds, what can I say, spent £26 there to not receive my full order, missing the cheesy garlic share box instead got chicken selects which were stone cold, chips soggy and mushy, burgers cold even after have a order grilled as no onions in one of the burgers, got the minecraft adults meal didn't come with everything it was meant to, it's a busy busy mcdonalds but if you can't do the basics then slow down with the orders.

Had a delivery that was missing half its stuff, tried to get in contact and they denied that I ordered from them, this is despite the fact that I had the order code, they've been nothing but useless. Wouldn't recommend this rubbish tip of a business

It's time for a rant... Entered the restaurant. No one visible at the counter. 3 self service machines. Only 1 works. Slight queue to use it. Doesn't print receipt. Have to remember the number of my order and hope someone doesn't pretend it's there's and walk off with my food as I have no proof it's mine. Fantastic stuff...

It is disappointing that McDonald?s employees are not required to wear gloves or maintain a clean appearance. This lack of hygiene and professionalism can be off-putting and unappealing, especially when handling food that customers are going to consume. Because of this, I have never eaten there

Both orders of my happy meals did not come with the nuggets which i did not realise until i got home. How disappointing that was for the children. The short manager with the blonde hair this very afternoon was one insensible person i have ever met. She was not talking like she was the manager until i asked to see one. Then she said how do i expect a manager to talk. How insensible!!!!

How hard can it be to pack a nuggets happy meal double cheeseburger and a plain hamburger??
I have ordered it in drive thru, as usual for this place i had to park and wait.
After the food was brought over ive noticed the hamburger was missing.. getting out the car to go and get it, only to be told tey place it in the happy meal box. Its in tge happy meal. Getting home. Putting the kid at the table opening the box... there's no fukin nuggets...
