What a great service. Burst two tyres on a curb late in the day.. still 1.5hrs from home.. the staff were so helpful and had me back on the road in less than a hour.. thank you.. recommend this location as Bexleyheath were so unhelpful. Car taken there first and they went out of their way not to help.. very poor customer service. Two tyres £170 for electric car so they missed out... lucky me.. very disappointed as I also use the Whitstable one frequently where the team are amazing and really helpful..

Went there for a wheel alignment today - as a last minute request. Razz assist me and he was such a honest and knowledgeable individual.
The car had a lot of suspension work done so needed adjustment twice. Razz did mention this so had to re visit on the same day and he had adjusted it again, despite being on his own on a Sunday.
Showed me everything transparently and explained the reason why the car needed alignment.
Excellent service overall and would highly recommend this centre and Razz!

Your team at the Erith workshop is amazing, very helpful, patient, and friendly. They went beyond what is required of them to assist me with fitting new tyres, the wheel alignment, and in locating my engine number stamp for a photo.

I had a great experience at Kwik Fit - Erith! I was in a bit of a bind with only 24 hours to get an MOT certificate, and after calling around locally, Kwik Fit were the only ones able to fit me in, and at exactly the time I needed: 8:00 am the next day.
The online booking system was smooth and efficient, it worked without a hitch, which made the whole process even easier.
When I arrived, I handed over my keys and was pleasantly surprised when the staff recommended a café just a minute's walk away. That turned out to be a great tip, I had a fantastic breakfast while they carried out the MOT, which was all done in about 50 minutes.
If you're after a no-nonsense, professional and quick service, I?d highly recommend Kwik Fit - Erith. Friendly staff, efficient process, and a genuinely stress-free experience.

Wesley at Erith kwik fit was amazing today . After visiting several
Garages and no one willing to help
He managed to get my seized locking wheel nut off and change my punctured tyre with ease . He?s a legend . Big M we?re rude , bridge garage tried to help giving us numbers of places to try . My last resort before calling a mobile person was kwik fit as it?s close to home . Not all superheroes wear capes ! Let?s just say kwik fit have gained a new customer . Cheers and big up Wesley . X
