i had bad experience with staff they Indian staff specifically girls talk very rudely
for the order i spent there 40 minutes then they said need to wait more
i noticed they only had chat together never listen and attend customer

Very awful attitude from the worker Sarita absolutely disgusting she?s very disrespectful, when I asked for an exchange of a zinger burger from their mistake the manager on shift used a fillet from the salad box and put it in my burger- where I found sweetcorn and tomato?s in it as well. - very bad habit of workers responding to customers but kissing their teeth it?s ridiculous I work in hospitality and I know it should never result in this. FIX UP

Have to order via touch screen devices despite staff being available. Touch screens VERY SLOW to respond. Took ages to order.

I don't like the fact that they flatly refuse counter service, even to a visually impaired customer holding a white stick whilst I was waiting for my order last night. The food was as expected, but has become very expensive over the last year or 2. The inside of this restaurant was dirty, crumbs on the table and seats, used food wrappers on other tables and the floor. The food delivery was quick though.
Vegetarian options: If you're with a group, bring your own food.

The worse chicken I?ve ever seen at a KFC. Obviously you expect the chicken to be fried but it looked as if it had been boiled. The coating was soggy, wet and falling off the chicken. Maybe they had heated left over chicken which affected the crispy coating. Either way it shouldn?t have been served. I wanted a cup of tea but was told no hot drinks!!!!! Crazy! Not selling hot drinks on such a cold day. Not meeting the needs of the customer at all.

I?m not happy about the quality of the food I received from this kfc branch ordered a bucket late night normally they have a selection of chicken cuts but this time I had all legs in the bucket it?s the only part of the chicken that I don?t like so I give it away just eating the fries I have been having food from kfc for 50 years and remember when the chicken was cut into four pieces over the years portions have got so small and the price has gone so high now it?s not worth having. I can surely say after 50 years I will not be buying KFC again

Chicken was so oily!! and salty!! Service was horrible. Table service doesnt work! The people were being so rude and inconsiderate. Table was dirty! Penny the manager when we asked to fix this had an attitude and was talking quite rudely towards us. NEVER coming back here
