They need to improve on their prescription collection, as most of the time, you are told to come back in couple of hours because they are not ready, despite one week approval by the GP. Disgusting service, waited a week for a prescription. Blamed delivery issues. When I got there they couldn't find the prescription. Expected to wait but after about 30 min walked out in disgust. Not the 1st time I have had a problem with this chemist. Time to find a new chemist.

The customer service I experienced was disappointing, with staff behaving rudely, showing a lack of professionalism and behaving in an unpleasant manner.It is baffling how the pharmacy owner continues to employ individuals of such low caliber.Thankfully, online pharmacies provide an alternative solution.
