Was supposed to have my shopping delivered from this branch last night and the female manager was rude and I feel like racially discriminative towards me. It's a shame as before I never had any issues for like over a year and then staff shortages and this new manager who clearly should have a bit of people skills. Will use Thamesmead branch in future.

Quick and convenient supermarket when you're having a BBQ. Their chicken is cheap, great for grilling. Have some decent priced food. But fresh section leaves a lot to be desired.

Store is clean and laid out well enough but often you will need to queue for the till point as typically only one is open despite being consistently busy.

I prefer to shop at this branch as foods stock more frequently than the one near I live, the staffs more friendly too! The milk expired date longer than the one I used to shop n didn't get hit by the opening door or the staff's pushing goods out fr store room!

Member of staff Jack so unprofessional and unfriendly. Refused to let me and some other customers in at 5:50,I even pleaded with him that am only getting one item but bluntly refused even when the store closing time is 6pm.Very appalling service.Store was shut at 5:56.Shame!!
