Love this place, especially as it's moved to a larger unit. The staff are absolutely wonderful and will go above & beyond to make sure you have what you need.

The staff are so unpolite.I have never been asked if I want my order for
Takeaway or in and once I sat on the table two of them came up to me and started shouting in front of all the customers.Don't recommend to anyone to go there in case u don't wanna get in a fight with two crazy ladies!I have been a regular client for 2 years now and they never made me pay extra If I want to eat in.I never knew there was such policy because they don't warn u and there is no signs anywhere.

Store opening time is 7 am but they already late and open store around 7.10 to 7.15. They don?t think someone else need to go to work aswell.

Been erith Greggs.Joan is so rude and abusive towards costumers.She shouldn?t be working there with her attitude. She needs to fix her attitude.Will give 0+ starts rather than giving one.Terrible JOAN.

Nice, hot and fresh southern fried baguette for only £3.60, and their sausage rolls also are the main things from greggs. Staff were professional too.
