Christine (hope I'm spelling her name right) is an absolute angel of a woman. I needed medication that I'd called multiple other local pharmacies for and none as helpful as her, with the medication being ordered to collect next day.
Time spent to ensure the correct medication and doses were being ordered and getting another staff member to help too, really makes me feel happy about recommending this pharmacy to others.
I wish I were seeing Christine in person to say thank you tomorrow, but here will have to do!

Staff are polite and friendly. They are very welcoming and very professional. They go above and beyond for all their customers. I won't use any other pharmacy.

Went to pick up my HRT and as I?m a novice, I had no idea about the HRT certificate. They didn?t mention it at all (pay once, and it covers all meds for a year).
They charged me £19.90. My nurse friend only mentioned it after the purchase and it was too late to get a refund or have anything done. Boo.
Update:
The next time I went in, I was armed with my certificate, so I didn?t need to pay. The gentleman who helped me was apologetic when I explained what had happened during my last visit. He also offered me the flu service as well as the blood pressure service, both of which I declined.
It did help alleviate my last bad experience, hence I?m upgrading the stars from 1 to 3.
However, I?m probably going to go across the road to Ormay from now on, because they allow dogs and Day Lewis don?t (FYI).

I have used Day Lewis for several years.. The pharamacists are A1!Not only do they give very helpful advice, but they also follow up via telephone to make sure that any newly prescribed medication is not having any adverse effects.I would highly recommend them.

I've moved, and this is one of the local chemists, so I thought I would try it. It's lovely! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make getting your prescriptions easy. I can't recommend them highly enough. Even family that live further away are starting to use them. Thank you for always being so welcoming.

Traveled there to get covid tests after ordering them. Dunno why I was allowed to order them if I had to waste my time going there.Also earlier went there to get omeprazole. They said they had it, then proceed to offer me alternatives to omeprazole as if that was what I asked for WITHOUT TELLING ME they were different, which is beyond unprofessional.Thet are both lacking in stock and communication, and I would not recommend going there at all

I have been to this chemist many times over the years and it looks very clean and tidy and the staff are satisfactory but not particularly friendly. There have been several pharmacists over the years and some of them very nice and helpful.It is well stocked and good to have it in the local area.
