I had an exceptional experience at Vinh Nails Enfield. Vinh did an incredible job with my gel polish on both my hands and toes?they look absolutely flawless! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.

Decided to take myself and my Mum here for a treat before a holiday. Chose this place because of the mostly good reviews and overall Google rating. Due to some miscommunications, I didn?t get the exact look I wanted and paid more for something else. Overall the nails look okay but the cuticles were left in such a bad shape. From the image, they look dry and the skin is cracked. When I got home, I noticed the acrylic powder had dried onto my skin and wasn?t cleaned off, and when I scrubbed it off it was left with the above result. I appreciate the fact that staff were friendly and accommodating with of my walk ins. 2 stars because of the amazing massage and pedicure scrub - I enjoyed that! However, for the price I paid and my constant attempts to articulate the design/ style I wanted, I cannot give it more than 2 starts. I left very upset. My brother saw my nails and said ?why does it look like they got COVID?. Gosh, what a disaster. Worth noting that I tried to call up to speak to speak to a manager but the guy said he was. He wasn?t, coz he had already told me that that the manager (a lady) wasn?t in that day (29/04/24). He told me he was busy and would call me back in two minutes. Well, that was over 2 hours ago and the shop is now closed. I don?t live in London to go back this week for a fix so it is a shame. I?ll just avoid googling next time.

I was going away on holiday sometime in April, went into this nail salon for a pedicure and also to have my nails done. The manager was nice so was the staff. My pedicure was done within 10 minutes which I didn?t say anything about as the young lady was already so exhausted as it was towards the end of the day, her boss had installed my nails and asked me to transfer to the staff to file and apply gel polish, she applied it and it was so thick and looked tacky. I told her to please remove it, she agrees, then her boss stood up from her table, walks over to where I was, this time with an attitude and insisted I have to pay for the polish to be removed. I paid £10 extra for tacky nail polish to be removed and it?s didn?t last for one week. Absolutely waste of £74. Never going there again. Manicure was too ugly I couldn?t bother myself with taking photos.Mind you, that?s not my first terrible experience with them.Services: Foot massages

Been getting gel nails from Vinh Nails for over a year now, and Vinh and Ben never disappoint. They are extremely professional and super friendly. I always leave loving my nails and they last 3+ weeks!

My second time at Vinh nails shop and very well impressed with my nails. I had the almond shape with the colour summer set blue which was suggest by Vinh, I absolutely love them. Dissapo8 got basil's done by Lee fabulous job thankyou had nails done by vingh full set her perfect went fir in fills didn't last two weeks messaged her she apologised slowly slowly they were lifing I was gluing them down messaged again she totally ignored me had them removed today I had fungi under 2 nails never had this problem so upset ? ?

I never go anywhere else to get my gel nails done now - Vinh and her team are fantastic, really friendly and the quality is always excellent. My nails last for weeks and the range of colours is great.

I was disgrace and rejected todayI booked an appointment to do my nail and was thrown on a trainee that did my nails before I was not pleasedAs I did not book her, he decided to just pass me over to her when I step through the door, it was obvious he waited to see me first before he pass me to her I find that disrespectful as I called him to confirm met appt I will never go there again, because I was uncomfortable with the service ( I am a beautician for over twenty years and I know a trainee and good customer service ( he claim the manager was on holiday when I ask to speak to her) very bad service
