This is a fantastic salon. It is so friendly and the hairdressers I have had - Emily and Maria have both made my hair look so lovely. I always hated going to the hairdressers before I came here - they really know how to transform your hair and make you feel good!

Recently had a cut with Emily a few days ago, and after trying out many salons in the area, I can honestly say that it's the best bob style I have had to date. Great friendly service, Emily listened and understood the look I wanted and provided advice. Thank you. I'll be back!

Carmela cut mine and my 13 year old daughters hair yesterday. She did a great job, we love our new hair styles Carmela, thank you x. I didn?t catch the ladies name who washed my hair but thanks again for the head massage it was so relaxing.

Had my hair coloured, cut and dried. First proper 'do' since finishing treatment. Carmela did an amazing job and I never realised I had so much hair!! I left with my confidence restored and feeling great. Thank you all so much.

Quite disappointed in my experience here. Called them last minute for an appointment, they asked me to pop in which I was super grateful for. They said all they could offer me was a blowdry, which was fine, but not what I asked for on the phone initially. After I asked about a potential ?half up, half down? style, a woman that worked there looked at the lady that was about to style my hair and mouthed ?no half up half down? which was so rude! I saw her say it through the mirror, making me feel so uncomfortable.There wasn?t any conversation between the lady styling my hair, but she gave me a smooth blowdry and was concentrating, so I didn?t think too much of it. Coming to pay, I?m assuming the manager was asked how much she should charge, but aren?t their pricing barriers already? She replied with a ?whatever you think? which I found to be odd. Plus, being a first-timer in the salon, you?d think they?d like the potential repeat business.It was fine for an odd £20 blowdry, but customer service was just lacking.

I took my elderly Mum here for a perm and haircut on a Saturday morning. She's quite fragile and quiet and the team were fantastic with her, looking after her while I went to meet a friend and do our shopping. Maria did an amazing job on Mum's hair and she left looking a million dollars. Thank you!Service: Hairstyling

I love this place. Highly recommend visiting this salon. The staff are all genuinely warm and friendly. They're all knowledgeable and know how to achieve what you're hoping for.They have also been able to turn my neglected bird's nest into something I'm proud of. For someone with self esteem and body image issues, Maria and her staff have put new life into my confidence. Went there after not going to a hairdresser for several years always cutting it myself which obviously looked terrible but the team was amazing and managed to fix my haircut. Now I feel really cute and my hair feels light and floaty. They even explained how to style everything myself! Right now its appointment only due to covid measures but I did not have to wait long for my appointment and its really reassuring that they take a lot of care into their cover measures. At the end I was positively surprised by their prices. I really recommend going there and I will from now on go regularly!

Very family orientated hairdressers. Great staff who really look after your hair needs. Great colours and cuts available. I have been going there for 10 years now and would not change! Very friendly atmosphere and you feel comfortable being there. It is being refurbished at the moment so looking forward to new decor this year.

I've been going here for a few years now. The staff are always welcoming, and I never have trouble getting an appointment. The girls always cut my hair how I want it, and are happy to offer suggestions if I ask for their opinion on how it should be styled.

Made a call to UD, to enquire about a price to cut a senior citizens hair. Both one of my staff and i explained what was required and agreed on a price. When the staff and resident got there the price was an extra £5. The hair cut itself was poor and made little difference. We will not be returning. Shame i was the one that recommended them having used them a few years back,
