It would actually be a nice place if the employees weren't racist and treated people like animals.Of course, I can't say this for every employee, because some of them are really good and cheerful people.I come here with my family and my friends, but I now realize that the employees here resort to such methods to prevent us from coming,
I am subjected to the same treatment every time, today there were 5 people in front of me and he did not ask for a receipt from any of them but when it was my turn he asked for it :)if he want i can pay for him as well thats not a problem,he did the same to my friend,we are not stupid we are adults we know whats is going on mate,there is a family?s in there and i didn't want to cause any trouble there front of the kids and families but let you guys know our reaction may not be the same every time.if you dont want us to be there then yoi can come and tell me like a man and I won't come again dont worry about it,most of my friends are like to visit this place with their family?s but not anymore.btw food was good some of the staff are very friendly and they are nice people but at the same time i feel sory for the owner and if you only ask for a receipt from me without asking for a receipt from 10 people in front of me every time, this shows what kind of person you are.

The service was great, the assistant manager got our table ready right away he was rather helpful I think he?s name was Rheion(apologies if spelt incorrectly) he was very informative on what drinks to get and what foods where on offer and came back to check on us multiple times . Would give 10 stars if I could

I'm no stranger to a toby carvery but this is my first at this venue - the food certainly looks appetising but for some reason was completely devoid of any flavour. It all just turned into one bland mush on the plate. I know you get what you pay for but it wouldn't hurt to chuck a bit of seasoning over it! As well as that the outside tables are an absolute state, half of the seats are caved in. Really needs a bit of tlc

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team, and in particular to the manager (unfortunately I did not catch his name), who was wearing an orange top and glasses. During our visit, my daughter fainted twice while we were queuing for food. The manager responded immediately?clearing the area, providing water, and ensuring she was well enough to move to a spot with fresh air.
He stayed with us until he was confident that she was recovering, and his calm, attentive presence was deeply appreciated. Thanks to his quick actions and support, we were able to manage the situation until the ambulance arrived, and thankfully my daughter was well enough to return home.
I am extremely grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by him and the rest of the team. Your assistance meant the world to a very anxious mother?thank you again.

They use the same knife to cut the pork and turkey. Portions are small and the outside eating tables very filthy ?

The manager was really rude.we had a party of 12 and a wheelchair. There were lots of tables empty o the restaurant but the manager refused to seat us even though we said we would solution to seperate tables.
He put us in the conservatory, which was so hot it was over 30 degrees, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly.
The meat was so dry, and the queues were so long, and the staff were serving plates to people in the kitchen before the queue.
We spent a lot of money for poor service, poor food and very poor attitudes.
Will never visit this place again.
The grounds are amazing though.

Had a great time at Toby Carvery Whitewebbs today. It was a busy time for the servers, but despite the rush, Marianna made me feel very comfortable. Her cheerful personality truly stood out and made the experience one I?ll definitely come back for. Thank you, Marianna, and thank you, Toby Carvery.

was served by Anna the other day and she was so lovely, the restaurant was very busy but she always had a smile on her face and she was very kind!
