Poor service. These people are deceptive! A booking was made for a group and whoever took the reservation claimed that they can cater to someone on a gluten free diet.It appears they said this in deceit because they wanted to collect the deposit of £10 per person. On reaching the restaurant, it turns out none of their meals are suitable for people with a gluten allergy. What's worse is the server was adamant that they couldn't prepare anything differently to cater to this person - bear in mind they lied and said they could when the table was booked and paid for. The server even suggested she buy her food from elsewhere and eat it in their restaurant! What then would have been the point of going to eat at the meeting? The server was short with everyone, only interested in taking orders and he could barely speak English. The food was okay, but the poor service far outweighs the taste of the food. I've tasted better Thai food and had better service! We will never visit this place again!

Standout service from any Thai restaurant or restaurants within the area. They went above and beyond for us.
The food tasted amazing and worth the price.
The only minor points were the meat dishes could have contained a bit more meat and the vegetarian green curry left a little more to be desired.
I've been here before so I can say the quality and service has been consistent.

This restaurant was a great surprise. The food is amazing and you?ll find all the traditional Thai dishes in the menu. Their crispy duck is to die for.
One small note: avoid the tables around the toilets. This area may spoil your dinner with its bad smell.

Delicious food with a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. Really friendly staff and food came quickly and tasted amazing. Best Thai I?ve ever had, if I could give it 100 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Turned up before last seating 60 secs late refused a table. Came again another today. Told cannot add prawns or change anything on lunch menu. Not one dish with fish or prawn.Only on main menu can make changes. Left went to an amazing Thai in Hoddesdon Khao Yai. Add prawns 1 pound, better food and service. I have eaten at least 50 times at the meeting room. Food was never great, just local

Tried to visit here with a disabled client and the guy through the door at reception looked us up and down and suggested the place isn't for us , which I found baffling as it's a glorified pub beside a main road, it appeared small and pokey and dusty , inside which is deceiving as it used to be lovely place to visit years back .

Surprised I haven't reviewed before because I live locally and have been many times. This place is amazing! Some of the best Thai food in London in a very unsuspecting location. Would always recommend.

I had a lovely meal at The Meeting with my friends. We did not make a reservation but we went on a week day so I would recommend to book for the weekend. We did not have to wait for a table and were served by a staff immediately. I would recommend the Lamb Massaman which complimented the coconut rice to perfection. The food was extremely enjoyable and I am lucky the restaurant is fairly local to me. The Meeting may just be my go to Thai restaurant as I have struggled to find one since my usual had closed down many years ago. Give The Meeting a try and you won?t be disappointed.

We ordered a large takeout order for a birthday party. Was ready for us to collect and they were polite both on the phone and in person.
The food was excellent. Some of the best Thai Food we have tried. Can highly recommend the Green Curry and the spicy pork flat noodles.
We will try the eat in option next time.

What can I say, this was recommended Top Thia and 4.4 review, The only thing I enjoyed was the starter Breaded KP, Satah Kai & Pla Muek Yang, wow 5/5 amazing. The rest of the food was too sweet when we ordered, not so sweet dish, Pad Siew Kung, Kang Keaw Wan Chicken and more? I think Meeting added sugar/sweet sauce to all our dishes? We are Southeast Asians and sugar in our Thia that a no no we just want the coconut sweetness, unless I order S&S dish. Then we asked for our starters and mains together as my children may not eat the mains, normally starters fill them up. This way I know they won't get bored and start playing up. That did not happen, they bought the starters first, which we very much enjoyed, the mains later which was not the best but my children started rushing us to leave although my eldest enjoyed his sweet noodle dish. Little attention to details please and that ruined my wife and my atmosphere. Your charging top end prices for your food you will need to hit perfection, or reduce your price to serve mediocre standards. Your Starters will bring me back, I hope I can give you better stars.

No matter how many times I attend this wonderful establishment (there was a time I was going every week!), I am never disappointed.
Whether a Sunday afternoon or a Wednesday evening, the quality remains the same.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is always the same: excellent. Never too loud, lights not too bright.
Considering the stellar quality of the food, it is extremely reasonably priced.
I have been going for over 10 years now, and imagine I will be for the next 10 years!
