Absolutely terrible experience! Took 15 minutes to be seated and then they just leave you sat there like your waiting for a bus! Had to ask to order drinks which I then had to chase up where they were! Ordered mains and it took over an hour to come with 3 small kids this is a joke. Tables not being cleared up! Staff walking around like zombies. When my burger finally arrived it was dry so I sent it back and left hungry. Lots of people were complaining and quite rightly looked like they were having a terrible experience just like us!

had a nice meal with my family, food and service was great. The general manager Lynne was going around talking to all tables which i thought was nice as she probally has alot to do. She was very sweet and held a nice conversation with us and our children. Would defo recommend.

TGI Friday's Enfield was very good. I went there for a Christmas Party . There was a good time for all. With helpful waiting service, a well stocked bar. The food was very nice. I liked the booth that I sat in, it was comfy. I enjoyed looking at the rock memoribeli on the walls.

Worse experience ever, waited over 1 and half hour for food and even drink. Kids food came with missing veg, so had to wait again. Food was very sub-standard, definitely not worth the wait. Raise issue with a manager and they didn't even both say sorry and just brushed it off as if nothing to do with them. The worse part having to pay for this terrible service which I wouldn't have even taken up if it was offered for free to be honest.

I am never going back there again, the service was painfully slow and the place wasn't unreasonably busy. When we got there, it took over 15 min to get us seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Once we were finally seated, the table and seats were dirty, half the future was broken and material on the seats were badly torn.It took over half an hour to get drinks and more than an hour to get food. I looked around and soo many people had not received their orders, one person even said they had run out of Coke, common, coka cola.There were a number of families with small kids who were waiting for over an hour for their food. In the end people started leaving because their food (or drinks) had not arrived.The food was ridiculously expensive and was not worth the price. I would like to think if people are paying soo much for their food, the service, food and furniture could be a bit more decent.I am not one to complain but this was terrible. We had friends visiting us from another country and we thought we would take them there as the service used to be good...but wow...!!!The head office really need to review what's happening there because it was truly unacceptable.

We went for a meal today, 7 of us. Food was okey, nothing special, and prices are not cheap. Festive meal is a good deal £24.99 for 2 courses. Waited for 50 min for drinks to arrive, pretty sure waitress said we will get a discount because of the wait. But no discount was received. Manager firmly refused to give any discount on 2 pints of beer we were waiting for a long time, it would cost restaurant £6 , but now my review will stay here and some people might think twice before going to this place. Our waitress went twice to the Manager, bless her. I work in catering myself, and where I work, if we make a mistake, we always make sure we correct the error and customer feels looked after. I personally have a bitter feeling after today's experience and I don't think I will ever return there.

Popped in here one Sunday afternoon for a ?quick? bite to eat at around 12 midday. It wasn?t busy and only a few staff were working . Waited at the front desk for at least 15mins before someone actually came and got us seated . A girl came and took our order and then we waited?..and waited??and waited . The girl that had originally took our order was also working the bar and her friend had came in and she spent the next 30-40 mins chatting. When she finally walked past she see we had not received our food and apologised and rushed to retrieve it . The food had now been sitting under the heat lamp for I would estimate at least 20 mins and was rock hard when we was served it . She was obviously embarrassed that she had forgotten about us and offered us soft drinks free of charge which we declined. Also we had dishes missing from our order. So what started out as a ?quick? bite to eat ended up being around an hour and half from entering then sitting and eating garbage which cost almost £70 ? won?t be going here again

Waited for food for 1hr and 30 mins.Took 15 mins to be offered a drink. Waiters seen standing around not doing anything.sat there whilst our appetiser's were sitting there waiting to be brought to us. I will make sure to never return back here.As someone who works in hospitality myself this is completely unacceptable.

Food was nice and the staff were friendly. Service was useless though.Our glass of water tasted like coke and a friends lemonade tasted like carbonated water. The beer stank.At one stage there was only one person to seat people, take orders and give people their food.Usually at a restaurant you can to an extent feel pestered to order drinks and and food. This wasn't the case here. Every time we wanted something we had to call someone over.We went on a Friday night and the place was pretty dead. Not sure if it's because it has caught on how bad it is or if people are saving for Christmas. We weren't allowed to sit at the bar either before eating which I found weird.As a whole it's completely different to pre-lockdown. Wouldn't go again. It's also very pricey considering the service that you receive.Imagine that the whole place is run by your lazy nieces / nephews and you'll get the idea. Not that I'm calling all of the staff lazy- they aren't, but there was no sense of speed at all with what we experienced with the service.

The 4 stars are solely for Kirsty, who was the bartender the evening we visited. She was helpful and actually seemed to care about improving the customer service of this below standard restaurant.The restaurant itself gets 1 star! They have consistently disappointed over the last year and only seem to be getting worse. There are never enough staff, very high staff turnover, and the staff that do work there need actual training to do their jobs. Menu items out of stock, couldn't get a hot drink as they could not be bothered to turn on the coffee machine and when I was eventually served my drink after sitting down an hour beforehand, the waitress tried to tell me that the FLY in my drink was a strawberry seed!! In a cocktail that did not even include strawberries!! Constantly having to chase for your food and drink orders and portion sizes getting smaller and smaller! Not to mention they have not redecorated this restaurant in years, seats always look dirty. Either close this branch down or fix the numerous issues!

Utterly fabulous service and food was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better place to go.Kirsty-our waitress was lovely and had some great advise on what food to get.Ali-Was lovely always checked in with us and made sure we got everything we asked for. He was sweet.

Had a pleasant meal with two former work colleagues, which was a laugh a minute. The table service was efficient and friendly, with our food orders being tasty and well portioned.I would definitely recommend TGI's for a relaxed and atmospheric dining experience ?

Bottomless brunch was brilliant! Food was fantastic and the drinks were topped up perfectly. The bar staff were very kind and our waiter Ali was very attentive and a great host for our table. Very impressed and will definitely be returning soon.

Where do I start? This branch is shocking, some of the staff there need some serious training on working in hospitality. Felt unimportant and everything we had to ask for (which should?ve been set on the table) was a chore. I understand in the grand scheme of things that not every customer can be made to feel like a priority, but when the restaurant is practically empty, how can you not put abit more effort into a service? The whole place needs new management who inspire their staff to work towards better standards of customer service.
