I am alergic to dairy and they have put cheese although i requested mot to have it. When i called to complain i was told they can do nothing to send a new one because there is no delivery mikes right now. Allergies are serious, what were they going to do if i didn?t notice.

I usually order from other subway, despite this subway being closer to me. The uber algorithm make me order from this place today and the wrap with rotisserie is literralg half the size from any other subway I usually order from. I will never order from this subway again. They cheat customer with the portion knowlingly. Very bad customer service on top of that.

Ordered online the time changed 6 times, a message came up looking for a driver, I went down there in the end, saw a driver sitting on his bike smoking a cigarette! Went in told the lady I wanted to pick up my food so I needed a refund for the delivery charge, she told me just eat had cancelled my order and I needed to pay for my food, so I did, she said just eat will refund me, but just eat hadn't cancelled my order and I ended up paying twice!! When i left about 10 mins later the delivery man was still outside, smokingband talking to someone, plus the lady gave me the wrong order, good job i checked before i left. The first time ordering from there my order said it had been delivered, me and my son was out front as I was gardening, nothing turned up, rang the branch the lady said you've had your food it's been delivered. Never again will I be ordering from this place!!

I went to this Subway just now. Monday 3rd June 2024 at 10:10am. I ordered a foot long BMT. The staff member at our first interaction from her demeanor, I could see she was not bothered what so ever, Had an earphone in her ear. I don't know if she was talking someone on the phone or listening to music whilst serving me but she mis-heard me an put in the wrong sauce in my Subway. When I asked her can you give me a fresh one. She refused . Politely I said to her but its not fair that I'm paying for a subway that I didn't ask for. but she was refusing to give me a brand new subway despite acknowledging that she got my order wrong. She wouldnt give any reason she would just look at me and say no. Her behaviour was absolutley disgusting the attitude that she brought from the first interaction to the very last was bsolutely appalling customer service. She gave her name as Sana but I'm not sure if she gave the correct name or not hence I mentioned the date and time of my visit. Completely ruined my mood and my visit to subway.
This experience has really out me off Subway now. I wanted to use my 50% of voucher she had already scanned it. I'm not sure if she gave the voucher back by cancelling it on her computer or not I'm yet to find out should I decide to return to subway (if so it definitely won't be this branch)
Management, very disappointed with you, have the relevant training and rules in place to support your customers
