I ordered a large iced chai latte and whilst I was waiting I could see other drinks being prepared too. I usually watch out for my order wherever I go so I can ask for the lid with straw instead of the standard as I am a wheelchair user and I'm unable to drink whilst on the move without a straw. Anyway, the batista is making a drink and I'm not paying much attention as I can see it is a medium, so obviously not mine I thought. Turns out it is mine, I query the drink size and am bluntly informed that they only charged for a medium. I'm disappointed but accepted mistakes happen and go to take my drink, before doing so I very politely asked for a lid with straw jokingly explaining I'm unable to use the other lid. The batista rolls her eyes at me before snatching the cup back and changing the lid telling me that I should have informed her as I'm wasting plastic. How could I have informed her, as I usually would do, if I did not know it was my drink as it was not actually what I ordered! Her whole vibe and attitude was unpleasant.

This Starbucks is the worst ever, no care given when drinks are being made. They don't even follow the correct ingredients as drinks always taste extremely bland with just a bitter coffee taste. Unfortunately this is the closest so my sons order from here but never again as it's always a big disappointment. Message to Starbucks area managers, please hire some professional and experienced barista's

Drinks are diabolical. I have finally written a review after years of coming here, they almost always get my order wrong and I don't ever order anything hard and they always taste like sour milk.

I was there today around 18:10 today, and there was 2 baristas there. One was on his phone the whole time watching something and didn?t care about his surroundings, in which the store was a mess, the tables was full of trash and their condiment bar was a disgrace, full of rubbish. Would not recommend. Absolute disgrace??

While my son is in a club, I have to come to this Starbucks to wait. Because it?s the inly one open here late.
Today just came here and ordered a cappuccino. When I got it , it was so light. I opened the lid and saw the cup was empty. I asked the barmaid called Alina if she could fill it up , she faced at me and said : it was cappuccino , next time you should order latte!!!
I know what I drink and I know how I like to drink. Actually I can be a coffee expert . That?s how much I drink coffee!
I paid £3.60 for an empty cup no way!!
Instead of giving me a lecture, she should learn customer service! Train your staff Starbucks!

Nasty incident with the manager who decided to bang and kick at the toilet door with my wife inside. Manager did not even check to see if it was a customer in there before doing this. Also she did this because an old man came in and wanted to use the toilet. He was not even a paying customer and he lied by saying she was in there for 10 minutes. I know because the old man was only in the shop for 2 minutes. The manager was so nasty that other paid customers left. Normally a very nice shop but not when the manager is there.
