Opticians always great but it?s such a conveyor belt system. You see 4-5 members of staff per visit so don?t feel like any really care about your patient journey.

Poor service and unprofessional staff. Waiting time more than 1 hour, even I had an appointment. Short staff, poor service. I do not recommend this branch. Store manager is rude.

I, my son and my daughter, have been coming to Enfield Specsavers for about 4 years. They send me a reminder email before every appointment. Every time I come, they are very attentive. The staff helps as much as they can every time. All the staff are friendly and extremely attentive. Sometimes the waiting time is long, but this is the same as before. It's because they care about the patient in detail and enough, I thank them all very much.

Hi guys, I will like to share my opinion on Specsavers in Enfield town they are disgusting. They are very rude they don?t care about you at all. They make you sit down in there for half an hour. If you?re not complain nothing will happen. Also they?re interested to sell glasses on high prices I am over 60 now the last time I went in there, they told me he will cost you £70. I said okay that was for the frame I went to choose the frame he said is £90. I went to sit down on the table and the lady start riding down when have to pick it up when they will be ready. Very polite and I was told was £125 to pay. This is Specsavers ?

I called in without an appointment as I had a bleed in my eye. I had my granddaughter with me in a push chair. I was seen within 20 minutes and thoroughly tested and reassured. I cannot thank you enough.

I would like to write about the rude behavior I experienced at Specsavers Enfield branch. I had an appointment to pick up the glasses I ordered on November 14th. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day and I missed my appointment even though I didn't want to, and I went to the branch at the first opportunity, that is, on Friday, November 17, at 4 pm. I explained to the first employee I met that I had missed my appointment and now had the opportunity to come and asked them to help. This young employee explained my request to a female employee who I assumed was more experienced, but this official said that I definitely needed to make a new appointment. I tried to explain that I only wanted the glasses I had paid for before and that I did not need a recheck, but this lady said that they would definitely not give them today. Her tone of voice and attitude were very rude and hurtful. She was definitely not polite or willing to help. There were other employees and not many customers. After waiting a while, I spoke to a young male employee and asked him to help. He was really friendly and polite. "Don't worry, it doesn't matter, we will help, but wait a bit," he said.I waited for about 20 minutes and asked that male employee again. This time, the young man pointed to the woman I had talked to before and said that he could not help. Apparently that female employee was openly discriminating against me today. I was really sorry. She could have given the glasses if she wanted, but she didn't. At that time, some of the employees were taking care of customers, but some were waiting without doing any work. I went to one of them and asked her to give me my glasses again. ?This won't take much of your time because I don't want a double check. You just have to give. "You can do this if you want, but you don't want to help" I said. ?We cannot give the system like this. You need to make an appointment and come back." she said. She said these in a non-polite tone and style.I really couldn't believe the treatment I experienced. 4 people in my family wear glasses. We have had all our eye checks done here for 3 years and bought our glasses from here. Although we went to the appointment on time, we often waited for long periods of time and never complained. But once I asked for help they were not interested and rude. I made a new appointment for next Friday and left upset because my belief that people are always kind and helpful to each other in this country has been shaken. In order to avoid seeing rude and disrespectful employees again, I decided to work with another eye center from now on.

Honestly Enfield Specsavers is the worst. Half the people have no clue what they?re talking about, phone lines never get answered and when you do you can never speak to a manager. I?m on the contact lens scheme and I didn?t even get a call or text saying my contacts were ready to pick up.3 months later still the same thing. Shambless of a store. If you want anything done you will need to take time of work and visit the store.

So sick of going to appointments here and overhearing the staff complain about customers I front of other customers. I have also heard staff complain about other staff and waiting times/scheduled appointments are never on time or too long.

Optician was excellent and staff nice but they are totally overbooked and it's so chaotic and waiting around too long. £10 extra eye test had to be partially redone so yet more waiting around.

Poor customer service. Staff are unable to retrieve accurate information about orders already placed - whether it?s been paid for already, whether it?s one or two pairs of glasses. Always kept waiting despite having an appointment time.

The problem I have with Specsavers is appointments as the slots provided are available for every half an hour where the process for one person takes more than half an hour. Hence, at the end, the customer end up waiting for a long time even if being on time due to pilled people on the queue - I guess the slots should be arranged more reasonable instead of booking many people which they don't have that capacity for that. It is also not fair for the staff who maybe overloaded because of that.Other than that happy with staff and the knowledge of them, and their attitude to the customers, their kindness and help etc and the products provided is goodKind regardsEbru
