Service here was amazing. I was on my way to work and realised that I had a flat tyre. I decided to stop and wait till Southbury tyres opened at 8am. A gentleman, who works there, managed to see to my situation a little earlier than 8am (knowing that I needed to get myself to work) and managed to change my tyre swiftly. He was very helpful and had a smile on his face- highly recommend!

Southbury Tyres are amazing!I had car trouble over the weekend and my car felt sluggish. Popped in on Monday morning on my way to work, hoping they could fit me in later in the week to make sure everything was OK, They took the car in straight away, all checked and I collected my car lunchtime. Thank you as always for great service.I will not go anywhere else.

Not a very friendly service, a shame really, I wanted a tyre pressure sensor switching over and was going to programme it myself.I was in a rush so decided to go here instead of going out of my way, I got a price not including programming the one wheel, which was over twice that where I'd usually go but forgetting that if i didn't get it out of the way I wouldn't do it at all.Long story short my tool was kaput even after replacing the battery and so I then asked how much to program it or them all.Response from the owner/manager was too pricey, I'll buy/use & keep a new tool and have spare change.It's the attitude that was the problem, I know garage and business owners, and being a little more friendly and tactful helps in attracting and retaining business.Other than that the staff were helpful friendly and did things properly.Mark
